I was on the 3rd floor and when I went out to the balcony I found out that they had PVC pipping for rails the pipes most were very weak one in the middle had started to crack my grandchildren visited me and I’m glad that it wasn’t an accident

The cleaning service ladies were exceptional truly outstanding. It’s right over a restaurant and the service at the restaurant and were great. The people there truly knew how to service their customers.

Everywhere was very clean. The room was large and comfortable. It was serviced everyday. Lovely view from the balcony. Easy parking. Coffee available all day. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Good selection of food for breakfast with different hot choices each day. Close to a variety of restaurants.

Room was exactly as pictured. Facility was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was the best variety we have ever had out of town. The young man that was the breakfast host was so very nice! I already miss the lobby coffee machine. I could keep going!

Hair dryer didn't work

We booked a room for one night on our trip from Florida to NH. We were so impressed with the property that after checking in, We immediately booked a second night. The location is perfect, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Free breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Off-season rates were affordable. We are looking forward to a return visit in the future. Highly recommended. William on the front desk was a great help. Awesome view of sunrise

Parties going on in rooms and lots of marijuana smell every day in hallways. Front desk staff was not the friendliest.

Free breakfast. Two queen beds in the suite that were separate. One had an ocean view. The free parking that was included was really nice. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice since it was cold out. Beach access. Staff in breakfast room was very friendly.

There are signs at elevators about leaving balcony doors open. The simple solution is to put sliding screens that could be used to keep bugs out while guests enjoy the sights, sounds, and fresh ocean breeze.

The lack of a bar area is something I had noticed and wished there was. The weather during our trip made going out a little unpleasant at times and it would have been nice to have somewhere to go and sit and maybe play a game of pool or something like that. Only having one spot per room was a bit of an inconvenience as well. It cost us just under a hundred dollars to park our 2nd car at a garage.

Breakfast was fair and very good considering it was included in the price of the stay. The staff during breakfast could not have been more helpful or friendly. They were a delight. The pool/hot tub area was kept very clean and came in very handy as the weather during our trip kept us from being out very often. The two king bed room was perfect for our trip. I was there with my cousin so it afforded us both some privacy. The ocean view was beautiful.

The beds were a bit too firm (hard) for my liking.

The location was absolutely perfect! The hotel is located on the boardwalk. No car is necessary if you're planning to stay on boardwalk. Many activities, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The view was absolutely breathtaking! The staff all went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable. Especially Ms. Bonnie, who worked with the kitchen staff and Laura, who worked in housekeeping. Both ladies were wonderful! Hotel lobby, rooms, pool area, and dining area were all very well kept and clean. Continental breakfast was also a great plus! Breakfast changes daily and offers quite a few options.

The only complaint I have is that it was cold in the room at night (I didn't realize the air conditioning was on the first night) and there is only a very thin blanket on the bed so I was freezing all night.

It was a great stay. The room was nice and it was cleaned. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The pool and hot tub were good. We loved the view from the room and the balcony was great. We had a great time and I would definitely book there again.

Bathroom was clean but needs an update

We were on 5th floor, we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our rooms and if it had been warm enough the balcony would have been used a lot. The staff in the breakfast area were excellent! The front desk staff was was very personable as well. Great location

This place had everything we needed!!Located In Great spot ,tricky parking,super clean,very nice breakfast (odd rule about not taking food to room)pool was sparkling clear and hot tub was nice and toasty ...overall quite lovely.
