The kitchen could have a few more dishes, a wine opener, etc. Would be nice if the lockers had keys.

Perfect stay for a family on different schedules- the shuttle was great. Nice amenities. Comfortable bed, nice to have three bathrooms with the 6 of us.

There is no restaurant or breakfast, so you're always limited to the food you bring or eating out. The games in the activity room are paid, but there is a coin machine for exchanging banknotes to coins at least.

The hotel is close to the ski lifts and has an on demand shuttle service to the base of the resort for those that don't have their own car. The room was spacious and included a mini-fridge, microwave oven, a sink, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery which was very handy for preparing and eating some food in it. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and two hot tubs. The fitness center is also great an well equipped. There is a fire place in the middle of the lobby and some nice views all around the hotel. There is also an activities room with arcade games, pool, table tennis, air hockey, etc.

The road to the resort is HORRIBLE! Huge potholes and there are so many that you can't even really maneuver around them.

The staff was helpful and the shuttle driver was great. So friendly and helpful.

Exercise equipment broken, armrests in lounge worn to hard wood, carts worn out, no skin lotion, refer not level, reservations close at 8 pm.

The bed and sofa bed weren't that comfortable. Common tools in the kitchen could use some updating like a better spatula and basic spices like salt and pepper which I landed up buying and leaving it for the next guests.

I love the location, staff was great, and rooms were clean. Shuttle service was great and convenient. Overall had a wonderful time.

I like this hotel, and therefore I really hope they get an influx of money to do some much needed upgrades. It doesn't affect the quality of the stay generally, but things are overall run down and not clean. The towels, sheets, and blankets could be much nicer - all are scratchy. The front desk bought us as many as we needed but the quality was not good. The pool and hot tub area is also very loud/ echo-y and cramped. Overall not the place to stay if you are looking for a luxury or spacious and pristine hotel, but good value to stay while exploring / skiing Steamboat.

This hotel is a great value, staff is always very helpful and pleasant, and the parking is great/ free. We also enjoy that there is a full kitchenette including microwave, fridge, oven, and stove, so we can make meals ourselves to save money and store food. The shuttle is an EXCELLENT perk - whether you are going to the mountain or down into town it is complimentary aside from the obvious need to tip the drivers for their hard work.

Everything was great-it would be great if you guys offered your own shuttle services from the airport to hotel.

Loved the shuttle services -made it so convenient and the rooms were clean - would love to see a cafe or something in the hotel to grab a small bite instead of having to leave everytime to go out and get something or even a small convenient store in the hotel would be great.

Our electric stove was very old and it did not have numbers on it to show how high you were turning the burners. You just had to guess.

Large size rooms and plenty of closet and storage space which was great for our ski clothes. Lots of great sitting places in the hotel to hangout with family. Super friendly staff, especially David. The shuttle was very convenient. In previous reviews from a year ago, people said that there was a hot water issue. That is not the case anymore and there was plenty of hot water in the showers and faucets.

The property was out of the main part of town, which made it a little bit difficult to find. The sofa bed was not comfortable, so my daughter put the sofa bed mattress on the floor, which was much better.

Very good loft suite. Clean and functional. Good amount of space for a family of 4.
