The furniture in the room for old & worn. Fingerprints on the mirror. Drapes were cut shorter with scissors and not hemmed. The gave only one towel for the room. The pillows were not comfortable. There was some debri on the floor.

The location was good. There were places close by to eat.

First thought when I got there ver dirty there was weird stains on my sheets stains on the wall the shower curtain looked like I had never been changed at all I couldn’t sleep the people next to me hitting the wall slamming doors all night I tried to go to my car to get a few things I forgot there was a creepy guy out there on a bike looked at me weird as I opened my door made me feel very uncomfortable so I didn’t end up getting it and I couldn’t finish my work sheets were wash correctly I slept for an hour and had bug bites all over

What I did like about the property is that it was close to where I was working and great location

It needs an upgrade and there were a couple times the other guests were arguing and scared me. I was traveling alone and realized I should have been willing to pay more for my safety.

The staff was very friendly and though everything was run down or old it all worked.

Our heater was working so we were cold even though the staff gave us another blanket. The towels were stained I'm sure they were washed but as a guest I wouldn't want to see stains on towels.

The price was great for one night and last minute booking. Staff were pleasant.

I didn't like the fact that the TV didn't work. I told the front desk and was given batteries, but it still didn't work. There was a coffeemaker but no cups or a coffee filter to put coffee pod in to make. Most of the appliances are unplugged because there aren't many outlets to use. You have to switch out what you need at the time. There's no Dropbox for room keys when checking out early, like 6am. You need to slide the key card into the front counter glass window.

I liked the quick check-in, the free garage parking, elevator, refrigerator, microwave, close to restaurants and stores.

The building was very old and delapidated. The staff made good effort to keep the place clean. Furnishings very old. Lobby with heavy food smeel. The room at first had one dim overhead light and two night lights not working, a refrigerator not properly plugged and molded inside, coffee machine not working, no hair drier and TV not working because not properly hooked up, cables were not there. The next day staff worked on these issues, then after more technical issues, changed my room with amenities in better working condition and quiet.

Originally thought I was going to get a king bed with a pull out couch. He said they are "out of those." Got a tiny room, bathroom was tinier. Toilet was stained. Floor outside room was wet & dirty. Thin walls, could hear water running in other room. Street noise was loud. Beds were not comfortable.

No one at front desk for check in. Had to call a number for assistance. Needs updating throughout. Towels were dingy and ripped. Bedsheets were also dingy/old but obviously cleaned because you could smell the bleach scent. Tiny underground parking lot.

Close to the venue we were attending that weekend. Basic needs were met as in bed, tv, toiletries, microwave, mini fridge.

The services were not very good, we asked twice for room cleaning and they said they were gonna do it but that didn’t happened. Very bad welcoming and employees not very polite. Also the bedroom when we arrived was not very clean.

Lack of customer service. Checked in well past 3pm check-in time around 6pm. After about waiting 10 minutes for a front desk clerk to show up only to be old, our room was not ready.. When I questioned why, I was told everyone showed up at once, but it was pretty quiet? Seems room was only cleaned upon arrival, which made me uncomfortable about the extent of sanitation and cleanliness of our room.

Microwave was broken Sink had a sewage smell radiating and would not drain. Check out is 11:am Housekeeping showed up at 10:55am ( even after we requested a 12:pm checkout.
