No cable TV. My wife and kids and pets are moving. We needed a pet friendly hotel. This hotel did not specify, beforehand, that they didn't allow cats. The owner asked me to leave our cats in the car. Trim was coming off of the bathroom door.

They allowed me to check in at 8 a.m. bc I had an important meeting to attend. Once I got out of the meeting, I was informed they'd be charging me for 2 nights bc I checked in early.

Although we had no security issues, back door was propped open, and manager wasn’t always present at front desk with front door open. Coffee pot had no cover so I had to improvise to allow coffee to drain into the pot. Towels were thin and small.

Biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and make your own Belgian waffles with toppings for breakfast. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Shower was awesome.

Didn't feel very clean. Had to wipe off the table. The clerk or owner parked at the front door so no one could unload their stuff there, thought that was rude and pretty selfish. Wanted a water but machine was broke it took my money got nothing in return. A staff member was in the laundry room he went to his room and got me a water from his own supply. Told him he could have the money from the machine.

Convenient, enough stuff around that you may need. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean. There was no coffee maker, just one packet of coffee next to a dirty ice bucket. The bathroom was awful: half a roll of toilet paper only, a dirty towel from previous guest hanging behind the door, and a string of dental floss on the wall of the shower.

It was close to the highway. The parking lit was well-lit.

Breakfast - ran out of food, there was no silverware or napkins. Breakfast was served until 10 a.m. but when we went down at 9:15 a.m. there was waffles available along with donuts. Butter packets would be better than spray butter. No central air in the lobby, the windows were open and the windows were open in the hallways to the rooms. A/C in the room was luke warm on 68 degrees. At that temp, you should be freezing. You need to ask the staff for coffee cups and new towels. Staff isn't always around to ask a question. Sometimes waiting for 10 - 20 minutes for them to return. If you can get past these things, it's a nice hotel to stay at if you're not sitting in your room. We have stayed here twice to just have a place to lay our head at night. Convenient location off the interstate. Older hotel but trying to upgrade.

Staff showed up at 9pm to check rooms and didn’t knock and just came in, I’m thankful we had the chain on door. When checking in had to call to get someone to come to the desk, next morning couldn’t find anyone at the desk to check out or during breakfast. Tv had a line through it, didn’t even have a full roll of toilet paper. Shower started backing up with water.

Very aged, in need of replacement of many things, rooms were not cleaned properly very dirty bathroom floor, too much furniture in the deluxe King that blocked exit and sofa plus 2 oversize loungers were dirty and extremely worn. Breakfast just ok but a jar of jam that everyone used was disgusting With all this said I got what I paid for at $50 per night … it serviced it purpose for a quick 7 hours rest

The bed was comfortable and I felt safe.

If your expectations for a cheap room, is awesome and the 'continental' breakfast delicious, you will be sadly disappointed. From the tattered carpet, missing tile, hole in the wall, the excrement stained cloth chair and yes, the leftover coffee, in the coffee machine from the precious occupant, these are the facts of this hotel. I will also add, the continental breakfast is a joke. Once the food is gone, it is done and there is no more. It was simple, the first breakfast was sausage patties, sausage gravy and biscuits, donuts, coffee and waffles, that is it. No juice, no eggs, no fruit. The second day, the only things left, were the make your waffles, coffee, biscuits and hocky pucks dried sausage patties, donuts and luckily coffee. We ended up at the local waffle hut (which we highly recommend). To address safety.... I felt safe... The parking lot is well lit, but, the hotels front door is always open (from our experience), the back door, with the sign to Keep Close, is intentionally kept open, is a concern, but again, I felt safe. As for convivence., it is located just off the highway, my sister was saying at a different hotel 10 minutes away, and my other sister (who we were visiting) was 20 minutes away. Now for the staff.... They were friendly, but "Southern friendly". They smiled and were polite, but don't expect much more than that (we live in Texas, so familiar with southern hospitality). In conclusion, would I stay here again??? If you need a bed to sleep in, yes. If you want more than that... absolutely no. In conclusion, I feel this reflects poorly on the Wyndham brand. I will not be staying at a property labeled Wyndham again.
