There was no TV guide to see what was on the remote wasn’t the best

The door needed a sweep at the bottom to keep bugs out. You can stick your finger right underneath it. The room was clean all that was find a little noisy other night. It was OK.

The outside of the hotel was a little beat up and there was a faint urine smell on one of the stairways. Visitors can't stay past 10:00 PM which is understandable but friends can't come by if they get off of work too late.

The location was very convenient for shopping and going out. Delivery fees are also nice if you don't want to walk/drive anywhere because of how close things are. WiFi was decent speeds as well. Never woke up early enough for the breakfast so I can't say much but I like that they offered it.

When we check in the lady in front is really accomodating, but the lady in the morning breakfast she just busy on her phone.

For breakfast they should accomodate all customers for breakfast. We went around 8 am no more egg/ sausage. The staff hiding on her desk with her cellphone. There is elderly guy want to ask question but he need to wait longer for her to talk to him.

Floor had dirty footprints, hand towels were disheveled so we assumed they weren’t cleaned, a bit musty smelling, maids said we weren’t allowed back in the room literally right after checkout at 830 am and we had to demand to be let back in so I could get my wedding band. Lots of smokers staying there. Smell was evident.

Shower had to be run for 20 minutes before showering to get warm. Continental breakfast was always short with little coffee. Refrigerator continually defrosted and water leaked out onto the floor. Toilet water shut off valve leaked and got floor wet.

Comfy bed, clean, close to freeway. Great cable selection! Dennys restaurant was right next-door.

Tv remote wouldn’t work. Lady at front desk had to come to room several times because the remote didn’t belong to the tv in the room. This is what irritated me the most when we were there. Staff was very nice and accommodating though. Weird people were out and about in the morning singing at the top of their lungs at 9 am. Kinda ghetto outside the room. When we left to go get food that night, there was a guy just sitting in his car in the parking lot just smoking a cigarette looking sus.

I had requested handicap accessible, they could have texted me that they did not have one available, the parking was a Long way from our room and my husband uses oxygen, but they could not accommodate us. The towels were rough as sandpaper, no tissues, only one cup for coffee. Pillows hard and small.no handicap handles in tub.

The room was pretty clean and we did get downstairs.

The owner changed his mind once you are here 5 days you have to check out for 24hours. You may not have consecutive bookings. Which is a pain especially for me.

Appears to be in a not so great neighborhood. parking is EXTREMELY limited old facilities that need updating beyond cosmetic face lifts. can hear every single noise form surrounding rooms

The check-in took way too long. There was only 1 person there before me. It took the woman working a counter 20 minutes to check the customer in. It was 3pm, and I was checked in about 3: 35pm. It seemed that she was dealing with an important call . There was no apology. It seemed very unprofessional. Customer service needs to improve.

The room was very clean. I enjoyed having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron.
