The rooms need a lot of tlc and repairs. Holes in walls, missing paint, etc. makes things look and feel dirty and run down. Drinks are fantastic but WAY over priced. The pool needs to be bused; people left finished drinks all over the pool area with no one on staff picking it up.

Great theme, wonderful lighting. Love the tiki bar and pool/jacuzzi. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable.

Love everything about this hotel, perfect little oasis. Comfortable. Great sleeps. Friendly staff. Amazing let us check in early as well. Some guests bringing their own speakers to the pool was a bit annoying considering they have good chill music playing through their own speakers. But love it here.

The morning meal we had on Saturday was excellent. I’d call mine among my top three avocado toast experiences! We were in the upstairs rooms at the back of the property, and I think they are the best (and quietest) choice.

Blood on the sheets and floor. I brought my own blanket and slept on top of the covers. unfortunately the refrigerator had a leaky freezer and the bottom of fridge had lots of water and the snacks I brought were all wet.

It was a great place. Needs renovations and updating. I like that I was able to attend a festival and come back to a nice , clean, quiet room. I love this location has food on site and a pool and hot tub. It had a fridge. Great vibe over all and the staff was really nice and friendly.

Hard to criticise really, the hotel is a bit dated but I don’t think that’s too much of a problem for me. I do prefer more modern accommodation but for the price, location, facilities and staff everything was good.

Good location situated not too far from downtown Palm Springs, the rooms were spacious & had all the amenities. The pool area & bar was good and open until late. The staff were incredibly welcoming & helpful, I had to check out my early due to some personal circumstances but the hotel were very understanding. I would stay here again.

Rooms can use a make over. Beds are old and not very comfortable . TV run off WiFi which constantly pauses.

Pool surrounded by nature is a welcome and relaxing escape from concrete encased resorts. Nice poolside restaurant with good eats and drinks. Cozy cabanas and open area for play and recreation. Dog friendly.

Our room was slumping in one corner and it gave feeling of being on the ship, fridge didn’t seem to work, still it was very noisy.

Initial smell of cleaning product. Need a blanket for bed. No written materials about TV channels. Drink machine charged me for 3 drinks I didn't get.

The pool and grounds were just like the photos-really awesome-pool open til 12-wasnt sure if it would be noisy because of the late hours but it wasnt too bad-a few late nite parties next to us but we are all on vacation The Reef bar and the Sanchez restaurant was a bonus with good service and good food

Bath Fixtures and electrical sockets in rooms. Need upgrades.

Location was awesome, staff was really, really nice and accommodating. It was especially great to have food on site. Pool area was wonderful. Kitschy tiki atmosphere was fun. Rooms could use a remodel with upgrades to fixtures. Overall I would go back and recommend based on the location, price, and friendliness.
