The sound insulation needs to be improved. Because the room is right in the intersection of two busy streets, the traffic is often noisy for the entire day. The accommodation doesn't belong to the hotel category. It's more like an (Air)bnb-room in a building. It's not clear how the owner got the three-star label.

The location is quite convenient. There is a bus station within 3-minute walking distance. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with essential amenities. The mobile heater is very helpful.

Traffic noise

Very good location for a budget price. Easy to get around. Room had a bottle of red wine and a variety of chocolates which was a nice touch microwave and fridge in the room useful also. Bed was comfortable too. A young man working at a hotel is very polite and helpful. Hope to visit again. Thank you!

No complaints. Great room for a great price.

2nd time staying here in the last week and this stay was as good as if not better than the first. Was late at night when I booked but the management was quick to get me checked in. Everything clean and organized and convenient location.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was easy as far as booking and checking in and the rooms were clean and decorated thoughtfully.

The check in process was quick and easy. Quickly found my room which was clean and organized. Having the microwave and refrigerator in room is convenient. Great place to stay for a great price. Will definitely stay here again.

Totally enjoyed my stay was able to check in extremely late like 2:00 in the morning due to just arriving in the city and everyone was so accommodating with making sure that they took my payment and was able to give me set and in a room within 20 minutes of notifying them which was phenomenal also the owner and the manager came by and bought us a complimentary bottle of organic wine which was amazing and chocolates

Wonderful stay. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Close to everything, including restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out with my personal digital lock codes. I will definitely visit again.

My wife and I are European. We grew up together in a town in Europe. I know, a very romantic story, but more on that another day. We feel this boutique hotel has a European vibe and style. We don’t like large chain hotels with a plastic feel and big neon signs that all look the same and have no personality. Some people like those kinds of hotels and that’s great for them, but it doesn’t match our personal preferences. We like the European, apartment-style feel of this hotel. It reminds us of home. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. The hotel is secure with every guest having their own unique digital lock code to get in to the front door and a separate digital lock code for their room. We like that the hotel is close to everything and that we can walk to all the restaurants and stores we enjoy. I looked up the hotel on Walk Score and this hotel has Walk Store of 99 out of 100. That’s important for us because we grew up walking to every place and the ability of being in the center of everything and walking to the places we like is one of the most important criteria for us.

Everything is nearby especially the public transportation. You can get buses within 0.2-0.3 miles and bart station in 1 miles. No worries about travel option and restaurants there are enough options from the stay. Had an amazing time in Calista and their hospitality.

The location where it’s placed is perfect to go out and the staffs are very humble when there is a house keeping required. Most importantly the price comparatively very cheap as other hotels and clean. You have everything to do over here as a guest being treated better.

Everything. Room wasn’t clean at all. C**ks drawn on windows. Used toilet paper under the bathroom sink. Used bath towel in the bathroom. Sock under the bed, etc…

Nothing. Location : bad area. Building: terrible and not a real hotel. Room: dirty and absolutely not similar to the pictures. Most of the reviews on Booking are fake.
