The breakfast buffet. Aside from the waffles that were super fun for the kids, the overall food quality was really poor. It would have helped if there was some variety in the option offered each day. By day 4, we were ready to pass up the complimentary breakfast.

We loved the breakfast experience. The bunk beds in the room for the kids. We felt safe. We loved the location. We were so close to our activities.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some love and there was wallpaper torn off in the halls. The front desk was needed to open the gym which was ok but when going to the bathroom midworkout took more time then would have liked.

The size of the room was great. The water park was fun. The bar was great. The firepits and outdoor games were a great bonus. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was excellent as well.

You need to change up the breakfast buffet maybe add a omelette station would do the trick same food every morning for an entire week come on

The location was great with the Disney shuttle (ART) stop right outside the hotel. Our granddaughter loved the pool area, such a fun spot.

Lifts got slow at busy times, it is a decent walk but that was balanced for us by facilities and value for money.

Stayed with my husband and 12 year old daughter, we found it great for us. Clean room with enough space, comfortable beds. Good coffee from the bar, loved the pool and slides, breakfast was great and opens just in time for rope drop timing which was important to us. We walked to and from Disney (15-20 minutes) some of the times, and Uber’d easily other times. Would stay here again for the facilities and value for money. Staff really friendly. You can access the pool and slides early if you arrive before check in.

Only thing they have to do is fix a photos on the double room beds. It shows it as a suite with small living room and a standing fridge and a sink. Main reason we booked it was because of that option due to staying there for five days. however, once we came to check into the room, we noticed it did not have the living room in there with the fridge nor the living room. Call to see if I can get an upgrade and pay the difference, but there was no room availability considering it was spring break.

The kids pool was super warm and kids loved the slides. Breakfast was a traditional buffet style. Like the offer of steamed spinach and cherry tomatoes and egg whites. Double shower was great for kids we all finished alot sooner in the mornings before heading out and when coming home from a long day at Disney land. Room service for extra towels and cups and TP was fast and staff was nice answered our questions that we had. Movie night for kids was nice at pool side and indoors. Close to Starbucks walking right off the front door of hotel and has a good variety of foods as well if you don’t want to drive off property.

We loved the water park, the heated pool, the slides, the size of the room, and the two showers. The location is amazing. Walking distance from the toy story parking lot, which means free ride to Disney

It was a fantastic place for our family of 7. The breakfast had so many options. The staff was prompt and helpful. We were just a short drive to the Disneyland Parks. We decided to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating. The pool and slides were fun and the water was so warm. We loved the movie by the pool and they had great food options at the Cafe. .

We had a family suite with kitchenette.. weird to have no utensils or plates or anything pretty much making it pointless? The room slept 7 but there was a odd shower set up 2x showers but in the same area so would have to walk past shower to get out was just a bit odd for the amount of people the room sleeps

They sold smore kits but we were not allowed to roast marshmallows over the fire outside?? That didn't make sense and was disappointing. Would have given 10/10 if we could have done that.

The location to parks, breakfast service, outdoor Waterpark and movies poolside each night were excellent. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Showers were exceptional. The beds were super comfortable. Everything and everyone was fantastic.

Coffee, but there is a Starbucks right by the hotel. Also, just a thought, there needs to be bathroom fans in the bathroom. With a family using, it got pretty stuffy....

Location near Disney was great--you can walk to Toy Story lot and/or Uber over for pretty reasonable price to main entrance. Breakfast was pretty good--good variety of foods. Coffee could have been better... Room was decent sized and very clean; there were two showers in the bath area so that was convenient. The kitchen and refrigerator were an added bonus. Kids loved the pool area with the water slides and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
