Many times towels are not available on thd rack for the pool

I think they should advertise that they have chairs to rent verbally when u check in . We are not aware and met another couple that told us . Also , someone to recomdbt places to eat around the area . Only one gentleman was helpful knowing the area .

dirty floor Very dirty. The bathroom has sliding glass doors that do not have density. It is very strange, since there is also a toilet there. There is no privacy at all. I booked a room for two for three nights, but there was only four coffees and it's a bit ridiculous.

the hotel is not bad. Beach 2 min. There is a swimming pool. There is a bar. Specifically, the room is spacious. There were enough towels in the room.

The housekeeping towel service was poor. It was hard to get clean towels without having to ask multiple times. There were rarely any pool towels available for the pool. Asking at the front desk did not help.

A suggestion would be that you can hire sun chairs from the hotel for the beach, due to there being limited beds to hire.

It was listed as beachfront on Booking.com, but it actually was not. It was very close to the beach, but it still was not beachfront.

Service was slow regarding requests for towels, taking dirty towels and replenishing the supplies. Eventually they did respond and get what I requested, just not in a timely manner (hours or a day later)

Great location, close to the beach. Nice, modern property with a pleasant bar and restaurant. I had drinks and one lunch there and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my shoes in the room and when I came back to get them about an hour later, they were able to find them for me. (They said they normally "disposed" of left items immediately, which sort of surprised me, but thankfully they said they recognized that these were nice shoes and saved them!) There were amenities in the lobby for sale, which was nice. Room was very comfortable and well appointed, and they offered cleaning services by request.

Bathroom floor and shower had hair all over it. ☹️ Also bathroom door was a sliding door with open cracks on each side that didn’t offer much privacy.

I didn't like that my room card kept having to be reset for some reason. The front staff finally told me to keep it away from my phone, so I did. After that, I didn't have that problem again. They really should warn people about this when checking in though.

I loved that the beach was right across the street and that there were a ton of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff was extremely nice and my room was fabulous.

The air conditioning didn't work well, the glass door on the bathroom was broken so it was really loud trying to shut it and there's an opening where anyone can see you through. The room is not conducive for people who aren't intimately acquainted. I couldn't lock the door and it was so loud I was worried about going to the bathroom at night and waking everyone up. Which if the loud door didn't do it, the bright light from the bathroom would've. I wouldn't stay here again because of the amount that I paid. I don't think it was worth it.

The room was OK, but really warm because the air conditioning didn't work well.
