It needs more handicap spots in the front

I love the property manager there, I believe her name is Tawanna. She makes you feel as if she’s your family member. The entire staff was a blessing to me n my family. I have visited the property in March, April, and now May. I just got back today from visiting my family in West Orange Nj

The pool was ice cold the first day upon arrival, the second day was cold but not so bad. Breakfast was expensive, I paid $50 for 3 simple breakfast without tea or juice. Then again the area itself is pricey where food is concerned. Also there’s a blue hair lady that took our order her attitude was too much

I was fine after Tawanna changed our room. No need to complain.

My daughter likes the breakfast there. Quiet, comfortable, & convenient. Staff Tawanna is above the top. She's pleasant, friendly, & on point!

The sofa in our room looked a little dingy.

It was a pretty good location and place of stay. Has a Starbucks right beside and a few stores, literally across the street. Staff are pleasant.

You can hear when people move throughout the halls pretty clearly which wasn’t too bad except for a group of running kids. The tvs also don’t have access to streaming services. Smart tvs would be great

Very convenient. I was very early arriving sound 8am and they held my bags and let me know I would be able to check in earlier than 3. To kill time I had breakfast at Starbucks, shopped a bit, and saw a movie all across the street from the hotel and checked in. The staff was incredibly friendly

There was a bar/kitchen but the 'chef' never showed up so we were unable to grab a bite to eat.

No breakfast. The staff did not turn up one morning and there was no breakfast. Hotel staff suggested we go across the street to Starbucks. Poor service.

There wasn’t enough toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to get more at the front desk. Very self serve property. Didn’t make up the room or check supplies for the 3 days I was there. I did not leave a tip because there was no service, which is very sad for your staff.

The breakfast was very lacking. It did not have decaf coffee, and it was out of a substantial number of items. I went back to my room to make decaf which was very bad, so I walked over to Starbucks to get some hoping the breakfast I ordered would not be cold when I got back. The server was extremely nice.

Excellent staff and great attention to the customer. Would visit again, we left behind a necklace that meant the world to us and the staff as very friendly to assist us with getting it back. Room was very cozy, warm and welcoming.

Room maintenance and turndown service should be automatic for this price hotel. A relatively comfortable stay was marred by loud guests late in to the night.

Noise. Awoken by a car alarm around 1am and then noisy guests coming/going in the very early morning hours - between 4:30 and 5am. Was signed up for rewards program that I didn't know I was being signed up for, only to get an email that my room and rate don't qualify to receive points.

Very clean. Room, beds and bathroom were all spotless and comfortable.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast served on that Saturday that we were there, so that meant that we had to go out to look for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I'm glad that there was parking and that right across the street there was a shop rite and few other stores.
