You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI didn't eat there but there is real breakfast not just continental. I had drinks from the bar..very good. Staff was so nice. The room was spacious, clean and I loved the design. ❤️The wifi is great and free. They hotel is quiet. The bed was sooooo comfortable. 😊 The technology supercede my expectations, the blinds were opened electronically. They bathroom mirror has a panel that has Bluetooth for music🎶 ...made it more romantic...great mirror also. Very modern and great price.

It was very nice hotel inside and out. We loved the restaurant and that the bar opened til 11pm. The rooms were so nice , the beds were comfortable. It was so quiet on your floor we stayed on the 4th floor. The bartenders were nice as well

We were on the 3rd level and all night long, we heard running and walking in the room directly above us all throughout the night and woke us up early every morning. It was very disruptive and annoying, even when it wasn’t waking us. I know this is pretty typical in hotels but this was much louder than any other hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Also, the noise coming from the planes landing at the airport was extremely loud at times, which woke us at least a time or two each night. Wouldn’t keep us from staying here again but we would definitely request a room on the top floor next time.
