A perfect location for seeing the sights and yet nicely quiet at night

When we first got there, the room we were placed in had dirty linen and stains on the couch. Also the shade to the window was not working and we were not told by the receptionist lady. However, once Sean arrived to work and took over, our room was immediately changed and he showed us amazing customer service. Also, you are not allowed to change the room temperature. You have to call the front desk and have them change it for you. That is an inconvenience and we were never told about this by the receptionist lady when we initially checked in.

Stayed here with my mother for a weekend getaway for Easter. We loved the location, close enough walk to all the action but not too close, so you are able to sleep without all the noise. Easily walkable to River street, DOT transit, and restaurants.

The roller of the window curtain wasn’t working properly and when I got to the shower was surprised with no shampoo in the bottle.

It has a good location. Public parking is right across the street that is very convenient.

Room was not cleaned the entire time. Coffee bar in room was not restocked each day even though requested. Restaurant had a very limited menu and they didn’t have some of the ingredients in which to make breakfast. Needs better management in my opinion.

The hotel restaurant/bar was lacking in welcoming people to use it. No signage. Also, felt water should be available at no cost in lobby. In room had no information on amenities.

During my recent stay at the Cambria Hotel, there were a few aspects that I found disappointing. First and foremost, one of the lights in my room was not functioning properly. This was quite inconvenient as it affected the overall ambiance and functionality of the space. Another aspect that I was hoping for was convenient parking. Unfortunately, the parking options provided by the hotel were not ideal. Instead of having parking available across the street or within the vicinity, we had to search for parking places ourselves. Additionally, the parking fees were unexpectedly high, which was a downside to staying at this hotel. Lastly, I encountered an uncomfortable situation with one of the hostesses. When I inquired about the location of the gym inside the hotel, she seemed to judge me and made me feel unwelcome. Her behavior was unexpected and left me feeling confused and uncomfortable. Despite these negative experiences, I would still like to acknowledge that the Cambria Hotel has its positive aspects, such as its convenient location and affordable rates. However, it is important for the hotel management to address these issues and ensure that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay without any inconveniences or uncomfortable encounters. Overall, while the Cambria Hotel has its merits, there are areas that need improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

I recently stayed at the Cambria hotel and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is very near to all the places we needed to be. It's also conveniently located near the attractions we wanted to visit, making it extremely convenient for us. The hotel itself was quite comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. One of the best things about the Cambria hotel is its affordability. Despite its prime location and excellent service, the rates were very reasonable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. Overall, I highly recommend the Cambria hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

The desk staff was not at helpful in the process of splitting the bill. They brushed me off about it till the end then charged my card the full amount then the additional half. It ended up working out but i should not have had to dish out that large amount. No one communicated any of this to me and had the nerve to act annoyed with me.

Had an isuue with hvac and room went up to 92 degrees for awhile, but issue was resolved.

Close to everything. Comfortable beds, and clean. Staff was friendly. Free coffee in the morning was good. Parking across the street in parking garage was convenient, but not free. Nice place to stay, and would stay there again

Mattress was too soft, bottom sheet kept slipping off, blinking light on smoke detector directly above bed was annoying, hardly any body wash in the shower.

Valet service was extremely helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and fairly priced.

Our room was somewhat disappointing. We arrived in the evening so we didn’t become aware of the window shade being inoperable until the next day. Also the shower head did not work properly and the lighting over the bathroom sink was malfunctioning. When we alerted the staff about the window shade we were told it required a remote and that they didn’t have one. After a long day of sightseeing we were moved to another room. At that time we could see what our original room should have been.

The location was perfect and though parking was off site it was close by.

Water pressure in the shower was weak.

Convenient parking. Was close to trolley stops and walkable to restaurants. As a solo traveler I felt secure and the hotel was very nice.

Room was not ready. We had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Room was comfortable but no regular coffee in the coffee drawer. Blinds did not come down all the way so light came into the room.
