Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was supposed to be apart of are stay, but they never opened for breakfast, at least not before we left at 8am and we was told it would be open at 7am

Our room phone was not connected and the tv in the bedroom did not work, when we checked out and told the clearly the only response was I’m sorry. It would have been nice had a discount been given

There is nothing to say bad about this place.
The rooms are so great and excellent and I slept so well like sleeping on a puffy cloud it was great I definitely will stay here again.

We were told that there may be a shortage of towels and that towels were premium for the pool.
The hotel was clean, and staff from shift to shift were absolutely full of customer service and friendliness, even the trainee!

The breakfast was good, however the employee was working harder and not smarter. Nice kid, but every person that came in to eat at the buffet didn't have silverware or napkins, so he would go into the kitchen and JUST get that person's silverware and/or napkin, or he only brought one or the other when someone needed both. Then the next person asked and he did the same, instead of going om bac and getting enough for many and keeping them behind the bar. He brought us 2 napkins and didn't bring the table next to us napkins so we gave them one and they tore it in half. We saw this for the 30 minutes while in the restaurant.

The rug was very dirty. I was disappointed with the condition of the floor coverings. I kept my house shoes on continuously and would not let my bare feet touch this disgustingly filthy floor. Had I not been so tired, I would have complained immediately. The coffee maker had to be restarted several times before it would finally dispense the hot water. It would have been helpful to have some directions on how to use remote control for TV - explaining what the local channels were and also what was offered.
The bathroom was clean and neat. The bars for aiding one get into the shower were well placed. The temperature adjusted quickly in the room to my selected temperature.

They fail to come clean room each day we had to call number of times Phones just ring and go to voice mail and no return calls . Front office seems like no one is there You have to wait for them a while and they come out of back room somewhere .

Used to have jacuzzi but it was removed because it kept overheating. So instead of replacing the thermostat they filled it in with concrete.

Coffee maker was confusing, but that may have been a user issue rather than an equipment issue.
Fantastic value for money. Large, comfy room, nicely appointed with a couch and two TVs. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is not too far from the freeway, so good for a road trip. Decent variety of options for food are nearby.
