Having to leave!!!

We love to stay at Asheville Cambria. Love the walkable location. The rooftop bar is phenomenal. Always really quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming with champagne after 5:00 😉. My favorite place.

The staff at the restaurant. I think they are racist. especially the guy. We were there waiting to be seated, and everyone is ignoring us. We're Asians by the way. We decided to leave, and while waiting for the elevator, the guy ( I think he's a manager) is also waiting for the elevator. I said to my sister, " I don't think they can see us. Maybe it's the skin color." The guy hears us and ignores us. If it's someone who is concerned he should approach us and ask what happened but again maybe our skin color so he font care.

The hotel is nice. Clean.

One of the reasons we booked there was because of the restaurant Hemingway...what a dissappointment. We tried it for breakfast and never returned. There are so many other choices that it was not a big deal.

The location was even better than I had read in reviews. I got up early, walked to coffee shop in front of hotel. It was great to wake up to a mountain view.

The cleaning people skipped cleaning our room one day. We got back to the room after a day out to find unmade beds, no clean towels and full waste baskets.

Great location! We walked just about everywhere! Rooms were nice and comfortable.

If I had anything negative to say, it would be the several of the side walks being blocked off do to construction, but it really didn’t bother us.

The property was clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and inviting. My overall stay was a really enjoyable experience.

The bed and pillows weren’t the most comfortable and I ended up waking up with my back hurting one of the days.

Location was great and it’s so easy to get in and out of. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I like that it feels more like a boutique hotel. It’s close to some great shopping and restaurants. I also really like the room set up. There was plenty of space to keep and store things and I really liked the coat hooks.

Only thing I would add is secondary lighting in the bathroom...too bright to leave the lite on at night, too dark not to! Hemingway's did not meet my expectations...food was rather average.

Loved the location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. 10 minutes to Biltmore. Easy to navigate to.

Excellent location and very walkable. Tons of restaurants, shopping and breweries. Beautiful room with lovely views of the city and mountain.

We were out on a handicap accessible room though we did not ask for it. There was not enough light in the bathroom or places to hang a towel. There was only one hook, which is strange because not all handicapped people travel alone.

Loved getting a glass of champagne when checking in and the room was very nice.

Was abit expensive, I understand demand is much higher on the weekend but the price difference of about 3 times higher on the weekend is quite the shock. It wasn’t explained well whether there was parking on the premesis or if you have to get Valet Service.

Fantastic spot with the friendliest staff, the Valet service was great and convenient with a simple text to ask for the car. The Location is really good being in the heart of downtown Asheville with some of the best food and shopping in the city .

We loved everything!

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to several places to shop, enjoy coffee and/or a delicious meal. The valet service was on point!!! The welcome glass of champagne and the parting gift were such nice touches.

This is being super nit-picky... but it would be nice to have a dresser in the room. & we would have liked warm lighting. The lamps were a bright light white - very harsh on the eyes.

Location. Location. Location. Plus, fully stocked concessions, 24 hr concierge, extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Microwave, keurig, fridge all a huge plus.
