United States of America1 review“Great location in downtown Asheville, room lacked some conveniences.”As with some newer contemporary hotels, the bathroom has sliding tinted glass doors, so when someone is in the bathroom, the light filters into the room and also sound travels more easily. The lighting in the room or the bathroom wasn’t very good. Also, there wasn’t any drawer space in the room, which was very strange for a hotel room and closet space wasn’t good either. It was ok for a one night stay, but for any length of time, it wouldn’t have been comfortable for us.
It was clean, very convenient for exploring downtown. Staff was very nice, especially valet staff. It was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff is amazing. They are pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are huge and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff ensures that rooms are clean and linens are replenished. I love the design of the rooms and the accessible areas to work. I also love the fitness center and location of the property. It's ideal for someone coming from a different city who would like access to restaurants, bars, and shopping all within walking distance.

Loved how modern and clean the building and our room was. Loved the “rooftop” bar and the gorgeous mountain views, loved the daily glass of champagne and the chocolates on departure. Really we loved it all!
