The bathroom doesn't have vent fans and the air conditioner was caked with dust. I wish there were options for coffee in the lobby during breakfast.

I was not informed that I had to pay for valet parking as a guest, but was not told this prior to booking. For $53.00 a night, there is no way I will see my deposit

The sofa-bed was not comfortable to sleep. The fridge was a little small. We had only 5 tea and coffee pods for 3 days (but a cleaning lady gave me kindly few more tea pods when I met her in the hallway).

We had a double queen room with sofa bed for 4 persons and we staid 3 nights: it was spacious; the beds were comfortable, The room and the bathroom were clean. There were enough towels. the bedroom was cleaned everyday. The parking was easy to use. There is a Giant store (groceries store) at the corner.

The shower only had one door! Not sure if it was missing or just made that way. The entrance door to the hotel made a very noise every time it opened an closed. The restaurant did not offer any vegan options and no oat or almond milk.

Room spacious, clean and quite! The lock down elevator, felt more secure and safe. Like the refrigerator and the suite set up for 4 people. Conveniently located to stores, restaurants and lots to do. 10 minute walk to DC Convention Center.

That breakfast is not included in the price of the stay. There were only 2 available dollies during check out. I had to make multiple trips down to my vehicle.

The staff were helpful and accommodating. The King room set up was nice to have a little wall separation from the bed to the seating area.

Not really disliked but reality is Parking $30 day self-park, Valet $45. Odd entracne throws you off but its minor.

The room itself was a little worn. Some walls were stained, and baseboards were badly chipped or lifting. Some light switches in the room did not work either. Considering a small renovation for the rooms would tremendously help with the overall appearance and feel for someone's stay. Also, I booked a room with breakfast being included in my stay to only realize once arriving that the hotel has an in-house restaurant that you can purchase breakfast with. Was disappointed to discover this when that was a particular preference of mines when booking.

I liked the location the hotel is in. There are a good variety of outside amenities like restaurants and a grocery store. The bed was comfortable, and the feathered pillows were comfy to sleep on. The view was nice as well and it provided an ample amount of sunlight.

Bed sheets were not changed all the days we were there and also from the first time did not appear ironed. The shower was broken though it worked. The cleaning staff knocked on doors even though do not disturb sign was there, to ask what time I was going to check out. The pool was non existent despite being featured in the Booking.com advert.

The room layout was great so i could share it with my son with some level of privacy since it is almost divided into two. The two TVs in the suit was super! The interior decor was appealing. The coffee station was great with a good coffee maker and brews, the fridge was a great addition.

The cleaning staff came too early around 9:20 AM. I asked the next day for them to come at 11:30 and when we came back at 4:00 PM they didnot clean our rooms. They need to have 5 wash cloths and 5 towels. We were 5 guests.

The room set up with two tv's. The amount of beds and fold out coach. The location is great I like the Giant so close. The location is close to many things. The pent house and fitness center. The room looks nice it's spacious.

AC should have been working properly. Paying for parking every 2 hours was annoying 😒
