Location was okay and definitely was not riverfront. Also didn't like that we had to pay an additional $50 a night for valet parking with no other options.

Nice property with modern decor. Breakfast was delicious and the staff in there were very nice! Room was just what we needed for couples get away! small and intimate just what we wanted but yet still had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

My deposit is still being held...it's going on the 6th day. The reimbursement should be quicker when you leave the room how you found it. The bathroom sink did not drain properly while brushing our teeth. Wish the restaurant in the lobby offered a better menu. The menu was slim pickings & what we tried to ordered, they were sold out. The server was excellent. I will say that.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was spacious.

Lots of construction in the area which impact the views. Close to Nationals and DC United stadiums.

Navy Yard area of DC is beautiful and very walkable. Close to Nationals and DC United stadiums. Many new restaurants, winery and brewpubs in the area.

The walls are super thin! Really hated listening to the guests on both sides of our room. I feel that there was no sound barriers between the walls. That’s my biggest complaint, especially if someone is up at 330 am having some sort of discussion in their room.

I request a city view and my room was on the 2 floor and I only had a view of a construction site! The sliding shower door in my room wouldn't stay closed which was very annoying. I mentioned it to staff, but was told there wasn't anything they could do until my stay was over, but he did offer us continental breakfast and comp my room for one night for my inconvenience.

The Hotel is beautiful! Reasonably priced. The staff was courtesy, friendly, and knowledgeable. The lobby was spotless as was the room. I loved the scent and ambience of the hotel! It is convenient to downtown and all the local hot spots (bars, restaurants, and shopping etc).

The location was not as expected, street parking not the best, far from a lot things, prices were not worth the room.

The room was very clean and modern, easy check-in process, next to the stadium if you want to catch a game

The facility is nice, but the picture of the location is deceiving because you can see the Potomac River. All the construction that is taking place, it takes away the beauty of the hotel. My room was on the 2nd floor near generator and it was very noisy on that end of the hotel.

Construction next to the hotel, can be hard to find parking close by (unsure of whether we could park there and not get a ticket before 7am/10am/game day?), not many coffee shops/restaurants close by, and general area wasn't great if you wanted to walk around

Loved everything about the property, the staff definitely goes out there way to make sure you are comfortable your whole stay. The hotel is about 15 mins from all museum’s and attractions. There is a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel, the bar did close a little early but the food and service were top tier each time. The room we booked had amazing views of the capitol and bridges.

minimal lighting in the rooms bathroom had a weird tub (who has a tub in 2024) and it was very hard to use and many parts of it were almost falling apart hallway smelled like marijuana elevators were funky smelling very dirty i had to call close to 7 times for the front desk to pickup

There was a cannabis distribution occurring from hotel. My floor 7th reeked of raw cannibus. And many people coming and going with high end bags that reeked. Lookouts on street and in lobby. One valet was managing 30 cars parked 4 blocks away.

Great staff restaurant was good. Loved the view. Got a text om early!

I didn't like the lack of parking available. Only street parking and on the side streets of the hotel. Need a permit to park on the same block of the hote.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for where we needed to go. A 15 minute or less drive to most places. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
