Starting with the staff-upon entering I like how I was greeted and welcomed by the employees at the front desk. They were professional and friendly. Parking-didn’t like how you have to pay for parking if you are already booked with the hotel. Parking should be free whenever you’re already paying to stay onsite unless you’re using the parking for other reasons such as leaving your car onsite and you leave and go on a cruise. Restaurant-a decent amount of options on the menu but nothing fulfilling. I ordered the shrimp tacos and when the food was brought out it was cold. Ordered an adult beverage with a shot on the side and the drink was watered down and the shot was not even a real shot more so a swallow of tequila. Hotel Room-floor was not cleaned, trash and hair was on the floor. Crumbs were also found on the floor. Coffee machine was missing only the stand was available had to call front desk and they brought a new to the room. Room didn’t even come with a microwave (as many rooms that were onsite each room should come with a microwave rather than having one downstairs for everyone in the hotel to use-germs piling up daily). Bathroom didn’t have a trash can had to call and request one for the bathroom and the one they had in the room didn’t have a trash bag and when I picked it up it was dirty inside and sticky. Sheets were very thin and had stains.

Staffing was nice and the hotel was in a good location with an onsite restaurant.

The bed was a little too soft for us, but that's a matter of personal preference.

Ample rooms, great shower, all clean and modern. Nice spacious lobby with bar, restaurant and outside sitting area.

It was kinda dirty.

We always stay here but every time it gets less and less better. The staff is great, they were able to do an early check. The room wasn’t clean, towels weren’t changed after our first day but we got an late check out because of that. The window was also broken ( had a gap in between the seams). All that being said, it is a high chance we will stay here again, just because is a great location, close to LAX and Manhattan Beach.

I went down to grab a coffee at the restaurant before I left. The service was abysmal. I'm not sure if she was just too busy for the amount of work she had, but the server said hi to me twice while rushing around. She never did get around to taking my order, I had to leave. She kept rushing around and serving no one. They also only had 1 person manning the desk in the morning, which made it a bit stressful, knowing you have a flight to catch but having to wait 15 minutes because they're away.

Check in went smoothly, and the staff overall was very nice! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Parking is $25 PER NIGHT, which is a lot and honestly a bit of a rip off. Thank goodness I only stayed two nights.

In a corporate office area, need a car to get to restaurants, the beach and stores. No hot tub, no room service or daily housekeeping. Parking lot not secure.

Pet fee was quite high. Overall rather on the pricier side once everything (pet, parking, breakfast, etc.) is taken into account. Location was good for us, but not necessarily great overall.

Rooms were clean and looked nice. The breakfast was good value for price (considering what we've paid at other LA hotels). The staff was polite and helpful. They had parking for our moving truck and the car it towed (small charge for parking, but well worth it for us).

Always smelled like marijuana, the information received prior to arrival causes confusion,mattress was not comfortable at all. They seemed cheat and like they had old wire coils. The platform bed causes several bruises. The counters seemed dirty because marble stains. Hot water ran out fast, night stand was broken and dangerous, tipped several times. Parking should be free.

It’s close to the airport, restaurants and has easy access to the highway. The Decor was on trend. Shower pressure was amazing

Bathroom lighting is poor. Should have an option to make brighter for old eyes. Custodial cleaned my room mid week, They took away my hand soap at the sink and did not replace it. I used the shower soap for the remainder of my stay. Not sure why they did this. I stayed on the 5th floor in 535. There is definite floor creaking noises from the room directly above. I could hear it over the tv frequently and early in the mornings before 4 am. whenever there was movement above.
