I asked for towels from the property manager because one of the rooms was missing them. I was told "housekeeping" would be notified and we never received towels. I called the property manager after to let them know about never receiving towels and they were nonchalant about the whole situation.

Fire alarm in 2 rooms were making noise at 2 o’clock in the morning. I had to go to a 7-Eleven to get batteries to stop the noise.

The staff supervisor at the pool. Had lifeguard give me plastic cups for my glass beer. At end of trip the female supervisor confronted me and family about having glass in cooler and put down the other lifeguard. She did it disrespectfully.

The house hadn’t been cleaned there was animal hair all over the couch and the carpet had not been vacuumed. Also the ac was broken and it took 2 days for them to fix it.

The Internet did not work the entire time we stayed. This meant no tv. We don’t travel to watch tv, but it’s nice to have at night to wind down. Contacted the company every day but the issue was never resolved. A simple instruction card for setting up service would likely have solved the entire issue.

The space worked well for our family. It was so nice to be able to spread out. The pool area was fun for the kids.

Our unit backed up to trees which was nice for privacy but the patio on the bottom level opened directly to that area and it was very dark at night - it would be great if it were screened in (would help with mosquitos too) for added security.

Location was good, it across the big road so you can't easily walk to the beach but it is at the light so it's an easy drive. The pool area was great, ice cream and snacks available. The property was fairly new and in great condition, having access to the garage was so convenient. The kitchen was well equipped from pots, pans and baking sheets to silverware, glasses, plates and large cooking utensils. Kees Vacations was great to work with!

The house was dirty when we checked in, there were dishes in the dishwasher. The bunk beds were unmade and dirty. The stove was dirty. We thoroughly cleaned when we got there because of the baby. When we checked out, we did everything we were supposed to and cleaned everything and then got charged $300 for what they said was smoking substances not allowed on the property. They had no proof, nor did they question us or contact us. They just took our $300 and said Haha, we got you! Not to mention, we had already paid an extra $300 to change our dates by one week due to a tragic sudden death in the family. The manager is a money hungry, heartless person who stole from us, lied about us and ruined our stay.

The furniture in the living area looked a bit more used and therefore appeared kind of dingy, particularly the two individual chairs and the ottoman. We just covered the chairs with the sheets for the sofa bed since we were not using that, so it was no huge problem for us. Couch was fine. This seems common for hotels and other places that are rented out. Everything else looked great.

Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Enormous space for the cost. I priced many locations a few months before this trip, and I would have paid the same or more for a much smaller hotel space. With two separate bedrooms with comfy beds, each with their own full bathroom with individually packaged towel sets, a separate half bath in the living area, the open space in the living room, a well appointed full size kitchen, AND the family dining area, AND the outdoor seating areas, AND the garage—this was basically a no-brainer. Everything worked fine with no need to call anyone to fix anything—door code worked every time, WiFi had no problem providing a strong connection to several devices at once, all appliances worked. Friendly neighbors. LOVED the SPACE!!!!

Garage door was very glitchy. You had to hold the button down until just the exact moment or it started by up or didn't close correctly. The people staying next to us put their trash outside the front door which put it almost directly in front of our door so we had to step over it.

Location was excellent, convenient to beach, shopping attractions and restaurants. Facility is very clean, and the pool was incredible.

No broom, glass all over one of the balconies. No hot pads to take things out of the oven. No blanket for the sofa bed nor towels for the 7th person which was a child.
