Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I had made one request and was told it would be honored. A firm bed. It was not. The TV had no guide to look for channels, you had to discover them one at a time by scrolling up and down. When I asked about it, I was told, "Yeah, that's how it is."
Room was clean, and though on first floor next to parking, quiet. Low flow shower was more than adequate. Good towels. Good price. Good location, just South of Palm Springs Center.

We found the king size bed more on the too soft side for our liking. The room could use a fresh coat of paint.
I loved Steve’s personal doggy greeter. Steve was easy to talk to and available to help with trying to locate food eateries within walking distance. The room was spacious and I liked the separate toilet/bath/shower from the sink area. We liked the comfiness of the pillows. TV was functional.

Well could do with a little face lift - curtain was torn in room 140 - not much privacy when pulled the curtain so kept it closed and room was dark - some light bulbs needed replacing

The shower had some peeling paint in it.
Room was clean, decent size, and had been updated a little (they had replaced carpet with a hard floor, which is nice because it seems like carpet in older hotels is what retains old smells). For the low cost (it was less than half the price of almost everything else we found in Palm Springs that weekend) and some negative reviews, we were expecting a seriously grungy hotel room. But it was actually pretty nice. If you're only going to spend around $100 a night, don't be upset when you don't get the Ritz-Carlton.

The shower dripped and I told the front desk. They said they would send maintenance but no one ever showed up. After showering in the morning it wouldn't turn off all the way so was a steady stream. The room and bathroom weren't very clean. There was a rod sticking out from the side of the foundation of the bed that I tripped on. General conditions of the whole facility was outdated and run down.
Location and the price. The beds were comfortable.

Pool was too cold. Took awhile to get use to taps for the shower, but managed after a few tries.
Management was excellent. He was interested in us as travellers. Enjoyed talking to him. Always greeted us with a good morning . Housekeeping lady was so nice, couldn’t ask for more. Great service. I would stay again next year.Bed was comfortable. We had a lower level pool view so easy access to our unit.

I would have liked better quality linens (not polyester), also there was no hairdryer. The people above us were very loud and heavy-footed (no real reflection on the hotel, just bad luck)
LOVED the vibe here. Steve at the front desk was great! We met lots of great people around the pool and hot tub (which is huge). The room was clean and decorated nicely. It included a bigger bar fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. We were able to have coffee and breakfast daily on our patio. The location is very central. The AC worked great! Some folks had dogs - we didn't, but as a dog lover it was nice to see. There were laundry facilities. I would come back!!

Condition of the property. It is older but appears that improvements are being made but perhaps slowly. Cement walkways would be fine but instead there is old dirty carpet on top of the cement on second floor walkways--made no sense to me. No pictures in my room at all seemed a little strange. Lamps on each end table appeared to have plugs but I couldn't get them to work so had no plugs close to the bed for charging any devices. The condition of the end tables was something I wouldn't give away to charity if they were in my home (room 230). The laminate flooring appeared to have been laid on top of carpet as it had give and was kind of separating. It was comfortable to walk on however. The shower tub was older but ultimately serviceable but would have been nice if a better shower head was in place and maybe a shower mat to ensure secure footing.
I wanted a clean, quiet room and I got that and slept well. The bed sagged a little in the middle but was ultimately comfortable for me. I like that it had a good-sized mini fridge with freezer compartment and microwave on top. It had a basic coffee maker with some supplies. Nice big t.v. and an impressive pool area. Fancy bed spread. The bathroom appeared to have had some renovations and I appreciated that. The price was fair for an expensive town for hotels so I'm grateful for that too. The staff were very friendly, especially at the front desk.

No support under the mattress Only a bar system so u could feel the bars underneath the mattress They need to fix this Nowhere to place ANYTHING in the shower like a soap rack.... Shower was extremely hot and pool was extremely cold
