Staff was a little slow. Only one person working the desk with a substantial line.

Location was great. Room was clean along with the entire building.

The room service was terrible; didn’t get requested items-towels, toilet paper, until several requests were made. Room wasn’t cleaned on the third day despite it being stated as their policy. There was no coffee pot in our suite and when we requested one wrong items were brought to the room. We charged $25 a day to park and it was difficult to find parking and we often had to park a long distance from the hotel.

They had a variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was clean and spacious.

The hotel could definitely use some refreshing/updating, everything from carpet to bedding. Needs a coffee machine in the room.

Paying $25 a night and did not get a parking 2 out of 3 nights was horrible. I sent an email to have some towels sent to the room and up to now we have not received a reply or the towels

It would have been great if the attractions stayed open past 9 pm. We thought everything closed early for it to be a resort.

The rooms were upgraded, nice & clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The food at Trails End was delicious!

I wish the apartment would have included a stove since there are not many food options on site after certain times. The food prices for uber eats or delivery were pricey.

Enjoyed all the amenities for kids and families. The facilities were well maintained and clean. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and very clean as well with almost everything we needed.

I didn’t like that check in was at 4pm and that we didn’t get checked in until after 5pm. This delayed us from being able to use our waterpark pass our first night. We missed our dinner reservations we had at somewhere else because of the delay to get in our room. Also, they need to maybe bomb disinfect there was a roach that came out of the microwave on our last night at the resort.

This was my first time at Camelback and although we had a good time with friends l, I am not sure that we will be back. The tubing was fun but overcrowded because only 1 belt was working to bring you to the top. We really couldn’t get our money worth because it was just too crowded to be able to go up many times. The restaurant Trails End service was terrible. When we arrived out tables were not set up. We had to push tables together ourselves. Our waitress was very nice but we were a party of 30 and she had no help. It took 45 minutes to get adult drinks. Water pitchers weren’t filled and kids didn’t get drinks they ordered. So much time passed before we got food and Not all food came out at once. We made reservations far in advance and it seemed as though the restaurant was under staffed for such a busy time. Our waitress did the best she could u set the circumstances.

We liked that there were many options for people who do not ski such as tubing, indoor water park and arcade. We were happy that our room was ready before 4:00 and that there was activities in the lobby for kids.

My husband and my daughter were victims of racism by the organizer of the karaoke event they held on January 5th in the hotel lobby, which did not allow them to participate.

In general it is a very nice place, the prices are a little expensive... but what I liked most is that there is a lot to do without leaving the resort facilities

Didn't like that the vanity was outside of the bathroom. Also thought the food and beverage prices were over expensive. Also ended up leaving the Trail Ends restaurant as it was cold and did not like the lighting.

I loved the indoor waterpark and the friendliness of the staff. Also like the hotel in general. Also loved Berrelli's restaurant and the mountain coaster and zipline.

the bedroom bathroom was smelly- VOMIT SMELL, awful

The restaurant has very hood food. The water park is grear. The bedroom is large and the bunk beds are a bonus for the kids.
