Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The first couple days of our stay, we had some pretty frustrating issues with our mini fridge. Upon arrival we noticed the fridge wasn’t coming on and was warm inside. Even after turning the dial up and resetting the whole thing the compressor still didn’t kick on. The front desk came up and said if it didn’t turn on in 20 min to come get him. Somehow, the fridge did eventually come on… but this only lured us into a false sense of security. By the morning, the fridge was still not cold and the freezer was not frozen. After having a warm fridge all night, we were then left with a bunch of bad or questionable groceries. The next day we were given a second room, which had standing water in the freezer. That was a no go and we immediately asked for another room. We were then upgraded to a nicer room, and at that point we finally had a working fridge. Thankfully, there were no other issues during our stay.
Their complete breakfast was very nice to wake up to every morning before our daily adventures. This breakfast included hot items like waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage and potatoes. The usual continental breakfast items like fruit, yogurt, muffins, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, bagels, and toast were also available. The hotel also has a pool and a sauna which were very nice. As another added touch, the hotel serves popcorn and cookies in their lobby later in the day, which is a super nice for welcoming late arrivals who have been traveling all day.

Room shower needs repairs. No warm water, it either gets very cold or hot with a slight turn of faucet. The curtain is too narrow, and the water gets on the floor.

We stayed here in November 2023 also, and the room was much cleaner then. At this stay we noticed a number of areas that had been neglected as far as cleanliness, and we let the staff know when we checked out. The mini-fridge was also leaking water, puddling on the TV console so we had to unplug it.
The staff is really great and the breakfast service is awesome! Popcorn machine was also appreciated. The location is great and the price we got was fantastic!

It had snowed quite a bit the day before we arrived and it had refroze . I feel like they could've done a better job with the snow/ice removal of the parking lot, as it was very slippery and could've been dangerous.
I returned my son to college and stayed a couple extra days...the Comfort Inn had very comfortable beds and was very clean. Also loved that the shower had great water pressure. I was able to take advantage of the free breakfast the first morning I was there and it was very fresh and great variety. They also offered complimentary popcorn in the evening. The front desk men were very nice too.

Recent snowfall had left dangerous walkways that were never cleared during our stay. We had to climb over a pile and we were parked in the handicap spot! Also mirror in bathroom had not been cleaned. Handprints and makeup was clearly visible from previous guests.
Great location, awesome breakfast and loved the evening popcorn.

The sink was partly plugged. The room had very minor used tissue in the bathroom. The main floor carpet could use replacement.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean. The sauna was good.

Fingerprints were all over tables, counters. Always bring sanitizing wipes so I cleaned up. Food from the last guest was left in the microwave and refrigerator. Free popcorn provided in the lobby was in couch cushions.
Pet friendly and staff very friendly. Nice breakfast bar.
