While the hotel is close to the inner harbor, the 10 minute walk from the aquarium to the hotel is not at all pleasant. The fold-out bed was very uncomfortable.

Room was reasonably comfortable and well stocked. Laundry room was good.

Parking was a bit tedious but that is due to the location of the building.

The rooms had basics that we needed and were clean. It was convenient location for our activities that weekend. Mgmt treated us like friend/family.

My only problem is that there's no parking provided by the hotel so you have to pay for a garage. It'd be nice if the hotel had some kind of discount or coupon to be used at the 2 garages near it.

The location was very close the arena to watch the AEW wrestling show that we were in the area for. Plus the kitchen was so nice that way I could cook meals and save money. The room was clean and quiet.

The only "gripe" I have is that the microwave was locked so I could not use it all and they could not figure out why. Other than that, all was very good.

Customer services was the best. The first room's front door did not lock, so when I informed the front desk agent, she immediately gave me another room - an even better room. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and had lovely amenities.

One of the "hotel security"(an older gentleman)got a nasty attitude with my wife, needs work on his customer service. Its a way you approach people & his way wasn't it

The female mgr went above & beyond her duties to accommodate our needs. Very friendly & polite, I can't remember her name, bit will never forget her face. Looking forward to our next stay @ this hotel

The parking situation was horrible. We had to park in a parking garage that was a block away which is not bad if you can unload your stuff in front of the hotel but you can't because people are parked in the spaces that are ment for paying customers. To have to lug all your luggage along with a infant child and everything you need is really inconvenient and not safe. We stayed from Saturday to Sunday so the parking fee was not bad but it looks like any other time parking cost about 26 overnight which they don't tell you when booking the room. Also for the cost and they type of hotel you would expect they would offer a continental breakfast but they don't. All in all my stay was good and the staff was nice but my next stay I will definitely book a hotel that offers parking and a breakfast.

I don’t think the sheets were changed because I found hair by the pillows before I got into bed for the night. Also it would have been nice to have some dish soap.

The kitchenette was well stocked. Parking was the cheapest in town and it was close to the attractions I wanted to see.

That I wasn’t informed that you couldn’t use you’re devices to watch tv or listen to music. Also the sheets were dirty and the pillows had mold on the them. Fhwn the peephole to the room was broken
