We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

For the price it should have came with breakfast.

We did not have a couch in our room. We paid for a king bed suite and had a recliner.

The problem was the smell. They had scented the rooms with a fragrance Sooo overwhelming that people with sensitivities to smell, like some in my family have, would Not have been able to stay. Sensitivities like this can cause cold-like symptoms & asthma. Also - be aware there is no breakfast served, which was no problem to us. It may be why this was the cheapest option in the area at $152.
The rooms were a good size & staff was very friendly. I had ordered a King room, but the bed was a Queen size. I didn't know hotels had rooms with 1 Queen bed - those rooms usually come with 2 Queens. No problem, just surprised.

someone was smoking on third floor and it stunk the coffee maker was not cleaned out and went went out to pool and people were smoking weed while we have minors in the pool and the fact that when we asked for more towels we had to carry our dirty ones to front desk to get clean ones

I didn’t like that there was no bath plug, the carpet was sticky, I could hear other doors opening and closing all night long along with chatter, I also spotted a cockroach on the kitchen counter. there was also no DVD player as advertised.
I liked that there were utensils, plenty of space and comfy beds. good cable tv, the room was cozy

The counter bad service . I need to pick up everything at the counter (, coffee, utensils, etc) the place is clean, there are no nearby places to eat you need a vehicle, the people at the counter are annoyed and not without being attentive, they start eating in front of you and taking care of you. bad service . they don't help with luggage and nothing.
We surprised because they said we don’t have any cleaners ladies fir all week, you have to pick up the stuff and bring at the counter and they gave the new , ( paper , towels, coffee, utensils, etc) the place is clean, there are no nearby places to eat you need a vehicle, the people at the counter are annoyed and not without being attentive, they start eating in front of you and taking care of you. bad service . they don't help with luggage and nothing.. Totally never comeback again . 2 start .

I was not explained about extended stay so the next day when I am out and about and come home to a dirty unmade room not acceptable. Complained to person at front desk and could not help me. But facility was quick to charge me my rates and take money from my account. Disappointed as I left message for manager to give me a call and nothing this day. And pool was very dirty.

The hall smelled strongly of wet dog, and we were told we could get a rollaway bed which then turned out to not be available.. The refrigerator made a ton of noise and you could hear all the room doors open and close which was distracting when trying to go to sleep
The bed and the linens were nice, having the kitchenette is always nice

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Manager threatened 2 call cops on me after THEY MISRAN MY PERSONAL CARD 4 TIMES & ENTERED INCORRECT CARD INFO. THEY Overcharged my cards $75 for 3 days on "incidentals" that i never incurred. Let the black guy stay in lobby for hours while making me leave and threatened 2 call the cops because i 2 was waiting on a payment to process for the roomThe shower curtain looked like a tiger attacked it. But I guess that's our fault huh? Never ever stay here or book here AVOID AT ALL COSTS & go to THE BEST WESTERN PLUS next door! 💯

Dee at the front desk was the most accommodating receptionist ever! I am forever grateful for her helping me and my family escape the Texas heat while we were in town for a baseball tournament, and check in a tad bit earlier than scheduled. My children were happy campers for the weekend. Great spacious room and nice outdoor pool.

I found a few cockroaches in the hotel, one in my room and one in the lobby. also the Elevator had a horrible burning sent in it at all times of day and night!
The rooms were very spacious and we loved the full kitchens. The shower worked well and the beds were really comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as long as they address the cockroaches and bad smell in the elevator!
