The rear parking lot could be slightly more secure. A section of the fence had been cut which made it easier for people to walk through. The bed could have been a bit firmer. No continental breakfast available, so you have to leave to find breakfast or if you have a suite with a kitchen you can make your own meals. The parking lot is small, so if you do not return to the hotel at a decent time, you may end up circling a couple of times to find a good space to fit in.

The property was close to several food and shopping options. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Aside from the room itself and the staff, I didn’t like anything else about the property. The way the layout of the hotel is, it’s like a huge dorm building, with one elevator and a lot of wings. I didn’t like that each time, going or coming, I had to walk past the front desk. Very little privacy

The room itself was awesome!! The updates they did to the room were pretty amazing and I LOVE the fact that you couldn’t hear your neighbors. The staff…EVERYONE I encountered was very VERY pleasant!!!

No HBO. Too many dogs and dog hair where it shouldn’t be. Dishwasher and ice maker didn’t function properly. Side doors unable to open even with key. Day staff rude and unwilling to assist with simple requests. Especially Robyn.

The room wasn’t ready by the time I got there. so, I just got the key and left. when, I came back to enter the room it smell like Burnt popcorn really bad in the room. I ask one of your staff members for air freshener and it still didn’t work. I used lysol. I just gave up.

I like hot showers and the water would turn tepid halfway through. So that wasn't much fun. There was also a couple stains in the carpet that needed tending to.

First I was put into the wrong room I ordered a king suite and was given a queen bed but being that my husband liked the shower we kept the wrong we went into the room at 11:00 p.m. which was our check in time and we dropped off our belongings and we went out for dinner when we arrive back at our hotel the AC was on 62 but the panel on the wall said it was 81°. So we figured the AC weren't working but we was giving it a chance so by 7:00 a.m. I contacted the front desk and told him that the air weren't working she told me once they make this man had arrived to work that he would come and fix it so we left around 8:00 for breakfast and came back around 11:00 a.m. and when we came back the room was hot that air wasn't turned on at all and the room was at 78° and we call back downstairs she told us that she would send the maintenance man back up and look out the window he's fixing someone's car so he came back up 1hr later told us to give the AC about an hour and by 2:00 we are leaving for the wedding so we called again and a guy told us that he would change them out we came back from the wedding around 9:00 p.m. it wasn't switched out I went downstairs they switched us to another room at this point we got the king bedroom that we had asked for first time but it was too much back and forth it wasn't worth the price I was also charged $393 on my card and the receipt says 333 so I am now waiting to see if my $60 will be funded back to my bank..

The smell in the room was horrible! It made me want to puke. The bed had a divot in it that was so bad I could t even sleep in it. I had to go crawl in the other bed with my kid. The bathroom door was extremely hard to shut and the handle to that door was close to be broken. I would t let my kid close the door all the way because I was worried they would get stuck in there. It was not very clean. Bathroom cup had prints and goop on it. With it being a suite there was very minimal silverware (like only 1 spoon even though it’s a 4 person room). Lamp by the beds would not turn on. I mean the list just keeps going. The staff was very nice and switched us rooms after our first night. The second room was a little better but I would NEVER stay at that hotel again. I would rather sleep in my car. That is how bad it was.

My room had the TV blaring , and the key didn't work. Apparently the maids were hanging out in there. After the usual uniform apology I went to my room. I made the mistake of turning on the A/C
