Kitchen not stocked with dishes and utensils. Pans crungy. Tiny room. No electrical outlet on far side of bed, which had a lamp that could not be plugged in.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very spacious. The room with a refrigerator was & hot plate cooker was a wonderful plus and surprise.

Water leaked from AC unit and was all over the at least it was not carpet） instead of fixing it they gave us some towels, we stayed 4 nights, you can imagine it. The body wash bottle was totally empty, one of the decorative pictures on the wall had only frame and a piece of cardboard, presumably the glass was broken and content taken. We stayed in other Candlewood Suites before they were all fine, but this one is bad. I wouldn't recommend it.

Dreary entrance led to dreary hallways which led to a dreary room. Reserved for 2 but set up for one person - one place setting. Had to ask for second at front desk but they didn't have one right away so we went out and it was provided upon our return. No paper towels in room - asked for when we picked up other items. No guide on TV so flipping from station to station very annoying. Saw bug crawling up wall near bed. - Speaking of bed ... VERY uncomfortable as were the pillows. Needed a room for one nite.... used it but couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Odd smell in halls too.

Missed the breakfast. Location was fine - several fast foods & restaurants close by. Served my overnight purpose.

Roaches

The suites come with a kitchenette which is nice for longer stays. The rooms definitely need extra attention to cleanliness and I ended up checking out early after I woke up to a roach on my leg in the bed. After investigating I found more roaches (small ones) near the rubber baseboard near the bed.

When I reached the hotel , they told they don’t have room which I booked and propose me that if I don’t like to stay they will cancel my booking with full refund, but still so far booking not canceled and no feedback on messages

Even though their policy is once a week cleaning, someone came into my room and super cleaned it. I hated the smell of whatever they used and they threw my breakfast into the garbage. I had barely stated eating breakfast and had to step out for a little over an hour and was surprised to to all my food was gone. However the biggest problem here is the noise from the room above, outside the window and from the rooms nest door and even the slamming of doors in the hall. It sounded like someone decided to vacuum at 2am for about 35 min. Worst sleep ever! Check out is 12 noon but i got a wake up knock at 10.30 to clean the room - the once a week cleaning rule is not in effect in this place.

From first glance, this hotel looks very appealing. It's very nice looking. The facilities were very nice (the only thing I didn't see was a pool). The actual room was very disappointing. My room was supposed to be a Queen Suite, but it has a full size bed! There's only one nightstand by the bed, so we had to share the one. The kitchen area was the worst....... there's a huge gap between the cabinet doors where the glasses and plates are stored. The door on the dishwasher appears to be broken and is leaning to one side. The bottom of the dishwasher is missing its faceplate. The pantry shelf is leaning towards the back. The spare blanket was balled up in the sofa bed and not folded up in the closet. The bedroom door doesn't stay closed..... I had to put my shoes behind it to keep it closed. The bathroom sink has dried up glue around the edges from when it was installed.... but the worst part was the water was lukewarm!

first the hall way was dirty! My room was dirty the bathroom was filthy we had to clean it and the floors were awful, they hadn’t been vacuumed or scrubbed, the pullout hadn’t been cleaned soiled covers, we had to get linens from desk because housekeeping had left for the day! to top that off there was a drug pipe found in the drawer!!! I have never seen or been in a room like this(202) Disappointing and very upset!! the front desk was notified at checkout.

the bathroom reminded me of a motel 6. no shampoo shower soap or conditioner, chipped and peeling paint on the bathtub and the surround. I guess you get what you pay for. to say the clientele and staff were sketchy, would be an understatement. I'll definitely have to rethink Candlewood for the future.

I stayed there for the price and I have had good experiences at other candlewoods before.
