The parking lot was dirty, the hotel needs updating or remodeling! For the lack of quality there should be no $100 hold on your card! This hotels has no frills, it's just a place to lay your head for the night!

The floor near the bed had a heavy urine smell. The tub had an extremely slow drain. The door to room 316 was incredibly hard to open and close (practically had to use full body weight to shut it).

Proximity to the Marriott where the event I was attending was held.

I didn't like being on the first floor because all I smelled was dogs. It's more peaceful on the upper floors.

Very disappointed NO breakfast!! I booked for breakfast, traveled 8 hours. I respect and understand no breaking, I don’t understand why its advertised. It was only after the room was paid in full, that I was notified may not be breakfast. To late to cancel and get refunded. I use booking.com ALL the time, I’m frustrated and may not use you again. Also a hold on my credit card $150. No other hotel did that!

The location was not the best. I was traveling from Maryland with my 5 year old son and likely should've asked around to find out what the area was like before booking. I honestly thought I had booked a different location but when I got there and saw that there wasn't a pool, I realized my error. The first night, there were 3 cop cars outside of our window at the not so Quality (Inn), I believe it was next door. My son commented on the amount of homeless people nearby and how "this town sure does have a lot of cop cars" (we are from Baltimore btw, so hearing this from him was pretty funny).

The best was honestly the comfiest hotel bed I have had in awhile. If I had been able to workout while I was there (I was traveling with a young child so I couldn't leave him alone in the room), I would've been pretty impressed by the workout room, that was great. The lobby was always clean as well.

I was on the third floor at the far end of the hallway - outside in the morning I was facing a noisy construction sight and day and night, a major road and highway that was heavily trafficked all the time. Next time, I'll request a quiet room as I was not asked this and did not remember to request it. The smoke alarms went on around 8:00 in the morning on Friday due to a guest smoking in their room. No one was hurt, but it was a great inconvenience and not w explained initially by the staff as guests stood unknowingly outside.

Room and bed were clean. Liked the smart lights in the kitchen area and bathroom. Plenty of outlets and lights to read and watch TV.

There was construction going on so not allot of parking. The questionable motel across the street has the police and ambulance there both nights. Panhandlers on the corners
