They charged me 175 instead of 125 and it's still just pending a month later

I have stayed here two times now and both times the noise is very disruptive. I don't want to be the person that calls and complains, but this time it was hard to sleep. There was someone banging around upstairs the whole night. Also, the fridge makes a terribly loud noise that without turning it off would keep us up / wake us up.

I like the size of the rooms and the location is central to a lot of fun things such as the mill creek mall and peach street. I think for the cost, it is a really good value. I would stay here again.

When arriving or departing you had to drive to next intersection and turn around. You can only make right turn when departing and must arrive making only right turn into the parking lot. Think this item would have been addressed during construction of the building. Food spilled on carpet in front of our room. Desk clerk did clean it up but made a point to tell me he was the only person on duty. Think 1 additional employee may have been helpful.

Mattress and pillows were lackluster. Furniture a bit outdated, thin walls, very scant breakfast. The area around in Erie, not the downtown proper, is a nightware of multilane commercial properties with safe way for families to travel by foot.

Staff were fantastic, and the room fit our purpose (2 kids, a place to cook and store leftovers)

My wife and I visited your hotel only to sleep and shower because we were there for vacation and had many things to do. The staff and cleanliness were above par. We went out for meals so really didn't have an opportunity to test that out. Pool was nice and clean for a refreshing dip lol

The room had a slight damp smell which I think could have been solved with some kind of dehumidifying to prevent this. The tub drain was clogged and did not drain properly, however when we reported this, it was immediately taken care of. The maintenance person was very prompt, and helpful. We appreciated this!

There was no breakfast at this location. This was a disappointment. It is always more convenient when we can just get breakfast at the hotel.

I'm not sure the room was cleaned as well as it should have been. There were no bath towels in the bathroom and there was a used bar of soap in the shower.

The room was nice and included a small kitchenette. That was helpful since I could bring food back and reward it for extra meals. Location was great. Central to everything. Minutes from Presque Isle which was why I was visiting.

Loud children running around the hallways and not reprimanded. The system at the hotel didn't seem to be working so my card was charged $150 as well as my boyfriends. Also on the second night of our stay he was charged randomly $170. We were told the charges will not clear but we will see. Also, they approached him in our room and told him they didn't have any one registered in the room that we were staying in. We obviously did because we had a working key. We had to show our confirmation and the whole situation was strange. I understand computer things happen, but from start to finish the system was a huge issue. Also, the only way to enter the hotel is from a one way highway. It would be nice if there was a back entrance.

it needs a bit of an update but all things come in the fullness of time. price was a little more than we thought it should be . however , it was more than sufficient for us.

Daniel , the GM was welcoming , informative , surmounted any hiccups we had with grace and purpose and is clearly invested in his guests experience at this property. He clearly takes pride in his work and is working to make the hotel even better.

There was no ice bucket in the room. There were no hangers in the closet and we couldn't work the air conditioner. However the room was clean and bright and provided us with the comforts we needed with the exception of those items mentioned which did not affect the pleasant time we had.

We needed ice and an extra blanket and the front desk (Melissa) personally brought the items to our room in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated.

No pool and it was not advertised. Very disappointed. Things that were wrong with the room were never acknowledged. Had a 4 night stay left after 3 nights. Front desk was not pleasant.

Overall cleanliness was not good. Room was humid even though a/c was running. Shower lacked soap. Pool was closed for maintenance & seemed like it had been for awhile.

Hot breakfast would've been nice. Considering what we pay for the rooms, this is something that should be considered. If not hot breakfast, at least some pastries and boiled eggs.
