I liked that the kitchenette in my room was stocked with everything we needed to cook, eat and drink. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely cleaned.

Better for an extended stay than my particular need for an overnight. A little over priced but no more so than everyone else in the area. It's just sad you have to choose affordable or bug infested in Galveston

The room I booked was a studio so it would have been great for an extended work stay. Full size refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. All glassware, cookware and flatware provided. Facilty is under construction out front. We didn't use the pool can't provide those details. The room was CLEAN and spacious and a very spacious bathroom. Plenty of room for a family. Check in a d check out was easy. There appeared to only be access via the front lobby so it seemed safe.

i liked that it had a fridge and sink. i was most excited because when we entered the room well after midnight, our room was already cold which in most cases the rooms are hot when you enter them, so that was a huge plus for us. the receptionist that was working ( i cant remember her name, young african american girl) was so sweet upon our arrival.

Door was slightly dented (still very secure, but light definitely cam in). Thermostat was not super cooperative. TV seemed to have options for streaming services like Netflix, but they could not be used because the remote was a different brand and did not pair well.

Staff was very nice and approachable. Bedroom and bathroom were both very clean. There were no bugs which seems to be a problem at other locations on the island. Bedding was nice and cozy. Location in the center of the island was convenient and felt safe.

The entire place seemed dirty and not well maintained. Our initial room on the right side of the building was dirty, had a lot of bugs, insulation falling out, toilet leaking on the floor. In the middle of the night there was a scratching noise in the ceiling that led us to believe there was some kind of rodent digging around. We moved rooms and the second was better but not great

Almost nothing. The only good thing was that the staff let us check in early because we had just returned from a cruise. In hindsight we should’ve just flown home instead of spending another night. They also let us change rooms when there was a problem with our room.

Very dated just did not meet standards of the 8.2 rating it showed when I booked it. In my opinion it needs COMPLETE renovation. 6.0 max rating
