Close to the interstate. The hotel was quiet and clean. We did need assistance with our room and Ashley was such a huge help!! Very polite and helped us change room with no fuss!

I booked 2 rooms we’re supposed to be 2 queens beds and handi cap not what I got got 2 doubles and 1 handi cap room still charged me same prices

No room service. Trash piled up. Had to go looking for clean towels. Toaster didn’t work. Bed is up against the wall so hard for 2 people.

Cleanliness. The room was not cleaned and the bedding was dirty. They r having staffing issues like every place else so its somewhat understandable. But it wasn't good.

Terribly dirty. Cobwebs, dirt and dust on everything except table top and counter.....light switches, outlets.lamps, curtains....all of it and more was filthy and grimy. Desk chair desperately in need of replacement so didn't use it.

There was a chair in our room whose upholstery was completely worn in the shape of a human body and very disgusting. Everything else was clean but that chair looked like someone had drunk themselves to death in front of the television in that chair. We didn't want to touch it. It was a cloud over an otherwise pleasant stay. That chair should be burned.

My coffee pot was too small for the coffee maker and I had to hold it up to get the coffee to come out properly. I wish there were heavier curtains and not just sheers on windows. Sun comes shining in way too early and it's hard to sleep past sunrise. 😎 Road entrance is full of pot holes, I almost lost my car in one. 🤪 There's a lot of marijuana being smoked IN the property and I could smell it everywhere. There's a time and place for that 😉

I loved the view of the valley below! 🌳Very nice to have a free place to do laundry. Location was excellent. Room was really clean. Bed was down right comfortable and cozy! Convenient to have choices of a quick bite and drinks in the freezers in main lobby.

Very shabby easy chair / desk . Beds too soft. So called Marketplace for food had disappointing variety / choices and high prices. Limited cutlery and glasses in kitchen - no spoons at all. Very noisy fridge / icemaker cycled throughout the night. Staff not too engaged.

Nice view. Walking distance (right next door) to very good / expensive restaurant. Easy access from highway - lots of parking. Large room. Fast internet was appreciated.

Only one chair available for eating (got folding chaiir). Understaffed and waits for checkin and checkout. Bathtub plug defective. Kitchenette missing pots, silverware. Armchair badly frayed. HVAC cycled noisily all night (room 404). Second and last stay.

Location convenient to interstate. Parking also convenient. Wifi OK. Cheapprice and you get what you pay for. Clean, smells OK. Quiet hallway.

I didn’t like the smell of the hallway. Even if we had a smoking room, it was unbearable walking in the hallway. I asked people from the front desk about it and they gave me a odor eliminator spray. I sprayed my perfume and the spray around my room when I walked outside.

there was trash in the parking lot and the trash cans were full. Th 3rd floor hallway smelled like cigarettes and pot. We have stay at this hotel over when traveling to Maine over the last 8 years and each year it has gotten a little worse in appearance outside. There are also weeds (tall) growing in between the plants. Manager needs to address the exterior appearance
