You could hear a lot of people stomping and walking above you. The shower head was pretty weak.

The staff was wonderful!! They were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were impressed with the size of our suite. There was more than enough room for my husband and I and his service dog. We enjoyed having the kitchenette. We will be sure to stay here again when we are back in the area.

The room next door had two dogs bark at any movement; however, they were quiet during the night. The concierge was so sweet checking us out and gave a discount for the noise.

It was very close to the hospital I had surgery at, and everything was clean and that made it easy to begin recovery

I’m a little disappointed in the rooms. I have stayed here for work. There has been something wrong with every room. The garbage disposal drained into the dishwasher in my last room. The light in the kitchen is out in the room I’m in now. There’s one fork and no frying pan. The dishes are never emptied out of the dishwashers. This time there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I think a standard list of kitchen items should be available and a standard cleaning routine should be followed.

The reason I come back is because the staff is friendly and it’s quiet. It seems a good value for the money.

One particular staff member who sat on their phone continuously and had a slight attitude like I was bothering them.

Most of the staff is amazing. They are very engaging. When i slipped and fell on ice outside their door, the staff the next morning gave me an ice pack. They also asked me how I was doing daily. The GM is very nice.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful and a big help in navigating around town. The entry level was clean and inviting. As for our room, much was to be desired. The floor in the bathroom was sticky when walked on. The television would not turn on with the Remote. There was only one desk chair. There was several spots on the curtain. A false eye lash was laying on the lamp base. Found paper under both sides of the bed. It looked as if clean surfaces were the only priority.

we had to ask for more wash cloths, when a person books 2 people for 2 nights, the accommodations should have matched. no ice bucket, not enough coffee packs in the room and there was no breakfast service.

Maybe spray for mosquitos. On the first floor and had some mosquitos in the room. Nice view of the trees and back area with birds.

The bed was super comfy and the curtain made it pitch dark. Free coffee in the lobby and they are on the game shuttle service to the notre dame games.
