Quite a few homeless hanging around in the vicinity but it didn't affect our stay too much.

Don’t be fooled by the name - IT IS NOT A SUITES HOTEL. There is however a kitchenette that was nice but we didn’t use it.

- the AC/heater is a unit under the window, may be a little noisy for some ears, perfectly fine for me though. - the room key cards were constantly get demagnetized, that required constant reactivation at front desk. It seemed to be a recurring issue with other customers too. - some would say the room or bathroom could be elevated a bit and modernized a little.

+ great location, closeby Times Square, near metro stations, in the heart of Manhattan. + great comfort, room was furnished with a little kitchen that was perfectly functional. + great isolation overall, no undesired noise from street or neighbours. + front desk crew was extremely friendly and helpful for various requests. + great value for money overall.

The bed was too high and too soft. Got a bit of a back ache due to the soft mattress. Wifi did not work for the first two days of stay.

Location didn't feel safe to walk alone at night. Kitchen could have used a kettle but there was a stove top pan to boil water. Some of the TV channels didn't have sound. A little noisy outside from the traffic. Air con was also quite noisy.

Location was convenient for tourist spots and subway. Bed very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Gym was small but adequate. Nice to have a bath. Good blackout curtain. Grateful for the air con.

1. We weren’t too happy with the cleaning situation… normally cleaners come in the morning/ early afternoon to clean as that’s when people are normally out, the two cleaners that did knock that week came at about 5pm when we were getting ready to go out for the evening for Shows/Dinner so we had to turn them away and just ask for fresh towels. So the 8 days that we stayed the room didn’t get properly cleaned once! Everyday we went out we expected to come back and it finally to be clean and fresh bedding but nothing :( 2. Very Very funky smell coming from Fridge… smelt like fish 🐟 everytime we opened it we had to hold our breath! Maybe people previously bought something and spilt its contents and it hasn’t been cleaned properly? 3. The staff at reception weren’t the friendliest, don’t think we had a smile from them the whole duration we were there… but there were other workers I think maintence men & security that were very friendly and always said greetings to us in passing. If you were wanting something from the little shop (a small bottle of milk for our tea) then you have to pay at reception and we were waiting 25 minutes behind the check in queue! There was two staff at reception, one that was checking people in & the other (I think manager) who was just watching her work over her shoulder… he made eye contact with us many times and it was OBVIOUS we were just wanting to pay for a little bottle of milk and he could’ve gone to the other computer and just let us quickly tap our cards to pay… took 5 seconds. So be prepared to wait a long time if queue at reception if you want anything from the shop inside. *we didn’t go to the 7Eleven as we only needed a tiny bottle of milk as we were leaving the day after. 4.

Location was brilliant! Only a 10 minute walk to Times Square & 7Eleven shop just at end of street (2 min walk) so if need anything don’t have to walk far. Room was fairly spacious for the price, we were on top floor with City View and we could see the Empire State Building and it all looked Magical at night 🤩. The kitchen had everything you needed if you were to cook in some nights. For the price we paid it was a bargain! Definitely would recommend if you wanting somewhere close to Times Square.

The hotel and the furniture was pretty old, but this is a minor thing compared to advantages.

The location was great, right next to the bus terminal. We walked to the Times Square, it takes 10-15 min. The view from our room was right on the Empire state building, had equipped kitchen and enough space compared to where we stayed before.

Need to update rooms for technology- usb ports for charging. No room service everyday.

Pretty convenient location. Kitchenette has very handy to save some money on food costs.
