Our bathroom door needed fixed drags on floor, and trash bags were sitting in hallway from the ones who live there. 5 days later hold is still on card for deposit and stay.

Outside my room in the hallway, it smelled like weed. The fitness center did not have enough of a variety of free weights, and despite the amenities stating there was to be a hairdryer in the room, there was not. Had I known there wouldn't have been one, I'd have packed one.

The room was clean and spacious, and my bed was comfortable.

There was mold in the shower in the bathroom, the refri the outside of the refrigerator was dirty, the outside of the microwave was dirty, the table in the kitchen was dirty.

There were a few things about the room that needed mending. I brought it to the attention of management, and they immediately filled out a maintenance ticket.  I documented with pictures to show that I was not the one who caused the damage.

I’d like that the property was convenient to shopping and restaurants in the area.

Didn’t like that was basically no service, if we needed a roll of toilet paper you had to go to the front desk and get it. if you wanted clean towels you had to take the dirty ones to the front desk and exchange them. Bottom line there was no service.

The front desk employees were courteous.

There was a slight smell coming into the room. The ceiling in the bathroom had a leak.

I liked The room and how close by it was to other attractions. The staff was great anything i needed They went above and beyond to help make my experience a great one.

At midnight the fire alarms went off waking my husband and I. Husband went to check it out and it was a false alarm. We really get much sleep afterwards.

The room was big and nice. We weren't expecting a kitchenette in the room but it was nice!

Check-in was odd. Not really greeted. Room tv didn’t work had to change rooms. Room tvs are too small. Light in bathroom above vanity not working. Cabinet with broken knob. Lamp with blown bulb. If we were moved to another room due to facility error- we expect to be upgraded! Simple customer service. My opinion

we were only left with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 days, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. the TV was blaring when we first walked into the room and there was a hole in the top part of the closet door from where the entrance door hits.

The cleaning staff just opened our door twice without knocking.. the first time I didn't have clothes on the second time we were sleep. It said we were in a smoking room when I booked it but was told different when I checked it

Had to ask for basic necessities sink stopper, trash bags. Pulled a bowl out of the cupboard and it had dog food in it. Dishwasher did not work correctly.

I had reserved a room for my family of 4 with disability access. Upon arrival at 5 pm I was told they could not give me a room with disability access and proceeded to ask if I would be okay with a room having one bed. I told them no I need two beds because four people could not sleep in one bed. I then asked if there would be a reduction in rate since I had prepaid for a room having disability access. I was told they could not reduce the rate that I would have to contact Booking.com. They later said they would contact Booking.com and let me know if they could reduce my rate. We stayed two nights and upon checkout asked again. They still did not give me an answer and said someone would call me. I still have not received a phone which I knew I would not. Also upon arrival the clerk charged my credit card $50 for incidentals which I understand is common. Not a problem. However it would have been nice for the clerk to have told me this information. I only found out by looking at my bank account. Beyond that my husband was quite aggravated that when he went to get coffee he was told they did not have any coffee cups. Needless to say, it would be nice to get the type room you reserve and employees that communicate well. Not to mention, go buy some coffee cups.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel us in a good location near shopping, restaurants and the airport.

the only buttons on the remote that worked were the guide and arrow buttons so we could not turn the tv on and off nor turn the volume up and down.

In the accessible room the bed was extremely high and I needed a lot of help getting in. The refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction making it difficult to use.
