You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Extremely clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I travel a lot for work and this was my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in the past year. All the appliances and fixtures were in great condition. Very clean room and comfortable mattress. Staff greeted me every day and responded quickly to any requests. 10 out of 10!!

United States of AmericaWhen we reserved the room we specifically requested first floor, due to mobility issues through the booking site. We also called to insure that request. When we arrived we were told they had no notes about that request. We were on the third floor and that was that! No apology, no attempt to resolve… take it or leave it attitude. That was the check in clerk. The clerk later was very nice and accommodating when we needed an extra blanket.

I only stayed with my wife for a couple of days. I travel for work and have been on holiday for about 5 weeks. We had stayed in a Holiday In in Orlando. The front desk recommended you. We're in the middle of moving to the Ocala area. The new house is almost finished. My wife felt safe and that was very important. She alone most of the stay. Thanks for taking very good care of her.

United States of AmericaIt is hard to find how to access the property from the highway! Signage is needed by the small road leading into property or by Denny’s. Coffee lids and protective bands are needed since cups are too hot to hold.The pet fee is much too high@ $25 per pet per night!
Clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, love that there are soft and hard pillows! Staff was super friendly. Nice open areas to walk our dogs. Lobby is open , comfortable and has a large , quality TV.
