We loved the location, the hotel, the room, the manager and the staff. The pool Was fun but very cold. Everything was excellent. The only thing we would Change is offering Some kind of breakfast. Otherwise, our kids haven’t stopped talking about it. My 3 year old has nicknamed It the “Color Hotel” due to The color scheme on the outside.

Only thing could of made it better would of been breakfast

Clean, comfortable, small kitchenette could really be useful to save money eating out, small appliances available to borrow (crockpot, blender). We personally did not need any of those but was nice they were available. Free coffee available, close to everything

We always like how friendly and accommodating the staff is. Very personable. We've stayed severely times and have yet to get a bad trip out of it besides the fact we couldn't stay longer.

While the room was clean. I can tell it was rushed. Along with other details. There was a dirty knife in the drawer, a paper towel under the heater and a receipt from the last person who stayed there.

I was a little disappointed after staying at another Candlewood. The room was a bit worn down, large stains on the carpet etc. The scrubber for the dishes was too old to clean effectively so the plates and mugs in the cabinet were dirty. I rewashed them with a repurposed washcloth which worked fine. All in all I would stay again and recommend to a friend.

It was a good sized room with a dishwasher, full sized fridge, plates, utensils, and cookware. The bed was comfortable, pillows were soft and fluffy. Free guest laundry. Free coffee in the mornings- no breakfast.

There was stale, moldy bread in one of the cabinets that was left by a previous guest. That grossed me out and made me wonder about the cleanliness of the room overall.

Mixed thoughts on this question. I like when breakfast offered, but, hotels set this expectation by offering it over the years and it is difficult to take it away. I am thinking hotels might be moving away from this perk. If I have cooking facilities in the room like I did with this booking I am happy to cook my own breakfast. I do not want to go to a restaurant for breakfast and will avoid a hotel with no breakfast and no cooking facilities.

Complete cooking facilities. Next time I book with them I will ensure I have a few more items I need to make my own breakfast as I like it. Coffee and tea etc available at all times at the lobby is great.

Towels should be replaced more than once a week. We were there between cleanings/new towels. How about twice a week? Guests should not have to lug dirty towels around and pick up new ones at desk. Rarely anyone at front desk. We do not have a cell phone. Friends called and were told messages for us couldn't be left. We had left motel number for convenience and emergency use by friends, relatives, some out of state. You need a better system. Not everyone has a cell phone.
