They only had one cart to transport luggage for whole facility, hallways stunk, need to update ac so it’s not just living room with no vents in bedrooms (using fans to blow ax to bedrooms)…. otherwise we always stay at candle wood suites in every town! Love them… but this one needs some updates

The bathroom needed some attention. The shower didn't drain properly, and there was hair from the last guest on the floor when I arrived. It seemed that the cleaning staff gave the counters and toilet a good cleaning, but not the floor.

Location was great; right off of the highway. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were very nice, especially on a busy weekend for OU-Texas.

Very spacious and comfodouble with full refrigerator stove top microwave dishwasher. Certainly we'll stay here again. There was a recliner chair that came in very handy for me to sleep in Because I have a Back problem. A TV in the living room and in the bedroom was very nice. Very spacious bathroom

Probably the only improvement points are: - That I was not able to run out the induction stove, I never understood the control panel and the bottoms for use that, probably add more detailed instructions, - The fridge makes a lot of noise, also the air-conditioning didn't have any control to power off - The cookware is not totally clean, probably not used for a long period of time, but feels a little dirty.

Awesome location for Job travel, the staff at the front desk was very well communicated and good attitude, overall of the hotel is good, The room studio was very well equipped for work and living there for a couple of days, the mini market near the front desk has the basic requirements for drinks and snacks, but also for breakfast, and the free coffee is enough for hotel expectations,

I had to request to change my first room because I pulled back the sheets and there was a LARGE BLOODY STAIN in the middle of the mattress!! THAT’S someone’s body fluid!! It was totally disgusting! The second room’s kitchen floor was dirty and there were brown stains on the walls in the bathroom! Also, there were customers smoking cannabis in their rooms which filled the hallways on the 5th floor!!! I realize people have to use it for medicinal reasons but when in a public facility, they should resort to the cannabis without the smell.

The staff at the desk, Albert was very professional and kind. He was very accommodating and polite! Very helpful when I had to change rooms.

i love the way the property is run. Very nice and accommodating and decently clean rooms however, the laundry room needs some work. i am hyper-allergic to mold and it’s loaded with it. Hard to wash clothes, only to infect your room with spores from laundry room. Facility definitely needs some upkeep, in regard to the amenities. thanks for having us! Nice people working there..

We came here with our 23 month old son and were put in a handicapped small room. So everything was on a child's level due to wheelchair accessibility. We had no chance to rest at all. Plus the hygiene in our room were used. The lotion had been used and had lotion dripping out of thr bottle. Our neighbors continously smoked pot and cigarettes in their bathroom and it came right over into our room. It just sucked!! We haven't had a hotel room in ages and I don't think I would come back here due to the drug traffic after hours.

I booked my room through Booking.com with the selection of a ground floor room. I had other options prior to booking at other hotels that would have been cheaper, but not a ground floor room guaranteed. When I arrived on Thursday at this hotel, I was told there was no ground floor room available. They could give me a room on the third floor. I showed the front desk clerk the printout from Booking.com confirming my room and that it would be a ground floor room. They told me Booking.com made a mistake and didn't convey this information to them. The entire interaction was extremely unpleasant. I called Booking.com immediately while I was in the hotel lobby with the front desk clerk present. Booking.com resolved the issue with the front desk clerk and I was then given a first floor room. I reserved this room and paid for it two months before my trip. I think this hotel made a guarantee they never intended to fulfill. There were no apologies and the front desk clerk would not look directly at me once she spoke to the Booking.com representative. Very unprofessional. I plan on visiting this area frequently in the upcoming year. I also plan on avoiding this hotel in the future. I stayed there one month ago and used Booking.com and requested a first floor room. Upon my arrival last month, I was given a key to the third floor at that time as well. I showed a different front desk clerk my printout from Booking.com and he immediately changed it to a first floor room. I think they're doing a bait and switch. I'm very displeased.
