You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe property itself was on the sloppy side. No one emptied the trash cans and there was trash on the ground around the property. Also the coffee machine was not functioning properly the day we left. It just needed coffee and that wasn't addressed before we left. Disappointing.
Our room was a perfect size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a small kitchenette which was convenient. The complementary coffee was good. See dislikes.

United States of AmericaThe property was not clean. Hallway carpets are dirty, outside has trash everywhere, Laundry room was not clean. The first room we were given, someone was smoking and you could smell the smoke in the hallway and our room so we were moved. The lobby is not clean and has a cabinet with miscellaneous stuff but it is not clean or organized. Our room was clean but had no soap so I had to go buy some. I asked for it but it was never bought to our room. I like Candlewood properties however this one needs a deep cleaning!

The room was nice and spacious, however we could hear the vehicles driving on the interstate.

United States of AmericaThe lady that checked us in for our second room the next day was not friendly . She barely spoke and practically tossed our key cards to us. We did not feel like valued guests rather an inconvenience and interruption.
Craig at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and friendly. He remembered my name and why I was in town. Asked genuine questions and assisted in decisions for what to do while visiting. Upon check out 2 days later he still remembered and asked that we visit again. He also asked how our stay was and immediately corrected the one issue we had. The cleaning staff were friendly as well.

United States of AmericaThe location is fairly remote and hard to get to and around. Old mall stores were apparently damaged in a fire a long time ago and now area is blocked off in spots and run down . Hotel is in good shape and clean compared to area. The beds were way too soft for our liking.
The facility was clean and all the staff was friendly.
