Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool was cold water. I thought the pool would’ve been heated in April. The pool was a nice size and well-maintained, but it should’ve had a heating system for colder months. My second disappointment was allowing dogs and pets on the top floor for guests who have trouble sleeping and need quiet space to Relax
Friendly and polite staff. Free coffee! Communication by texting instead, running to the lobby. I did not like dog friendly people on the fourth floor, where we were staying , too much barking. All dog, friendly motels should have dogs closer to the entrance to defecate outside . The first floor should be dog, friendly guests, and their pets . I don’t feel like we should have to hear barking. There should be a separation of people that need a more quiet sleep up on the fourth floor and third floor.. Dogs react to sound and bark more frequently, I explained this to the front desk and they were sympathetic, but could not make change to accommodate, my request. The walls were not that soundproof . The staff did the best to notify the guests with dogs to quiet down after 9 o’clock But we were here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Air Force Boot Camp . We got to see her for three days, but we had to get up at 4 AM and get to the base through security so a good nights sleep was crucial, refreshed and ready for a long day . The staff were awesome, very helpful and friendly. They were very courteous and accommodating when we had to extend our stay. The location was great to the AFB Lackland. Convenient to everything else. The facilities were prefect and the room was clean. I love the laundry service being available as well as the pool till late. We love the little store they have for the midnight snacking.

The signage. The sign on the main road is so short and tucked away by the bushes, unless you have a passenger to help you look for it, you won’t see it.
I called the front desk because I was lost and the man that answered gave me directions to the back, but the gate was locked (which he told me it would be). He radioed to the security guard to let me in and I was FINALLY able to check into my room.

While my stay here was overall pleasant, I did notice a few minor defects in the rooms such as chipped paint. Additionally, the smell of weed from individuals smoking in the parking lot occasionally wafted into the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. However, despite these issues, the hotel staff were responsive and the amenities were satisfactory, ensuring that my stay was still enjoyable overall.
I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by its proximity to Lackland Air Force Base. As someone with ties to the military, the convenience of being just a stone's throw away from the base was a major plus. This made attending events, visiting loved ones, or simply exploring the area incredibly easy. The hotel's location not only saved me time but also provided a sense of comfort knowing I was close by. Apart from its excellent location, the hotel offered comfortable accommodations and attentive service, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lackland AFB or the surrounding area.

There is limited parking and no portico for unloading luggage, but parking is not far from the main entrance.
The hotel was immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful and courteous. My request for no down or feather bedding was carried out cheerfully. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rates where higher due to it being graduation week. I paid $530 for 3 nights which I think was a little much. Most of it might have been taxes though
I loved the candlewood cupboard full of items at a surprisingly affordable price. I didn't get to use the gym or indoor pool but may next time. I was glad to have somewhere to do my laundry. The receptionist was extremely friendly and made the experience 10 times better. The rooms where very clean and equipped with everything you would need. I plan on staying here again.
