1) The overall room design was poor 2) The doors were configured wrong where they opened into the main area vs opening into the bedrooms or bathroom 3) There was no light in the closet 4) the light fixture in the dining area was over a chair rather than centered over the table 5) The desk was too big for the space 6) There was no full length mirror Again, poor overall design

The air conditioning didn’t work in the room, used the toilet one time and the seal is broken on the toilet, causing the floor to be soaking wet and getting the kids clothes wet! The refrigerator and freezer were disgusting! No paper towels! The staff (other than Summer) didn’t give a crap about the issues. Summer was already gone when we discovered the problems. We were told maintenance couldn’t be reached until the next day.

Walls paper thin, you could EVERYTHING. Rooms with kitchens had no supplies. Rooms not clean nor were they cleaned or picked up during your stay, so no clean towels unless you asked.

I really wish they had breakfast included to top of the good experiences there. Other then that just the creepy hole in the floor in the kitchen. Not sure what that was about , you can most def see thru it. Not sure if it went into the other room or not but yeah.

Booked online when i got there they had given my room away. So i drove across the city for nothing. Hotel looked like a construction site. Pool is filled in and women who gave away my room was rude about the fact she gave away my room

booked on booking.com 3 weeks in advance. showed up to the property to check in and they said they didn’t have me reservation and didn’t have any vacancy. said that my reservation was “cancelled” even though was not contacted with this update.

Unit was run-down and not impressive. I booked through Booking.com but the hotel property appears to have refused Booking.com's payment and I had to pay again on site and now have to seek a refund from Booking.com

Was not clean, bed was uncomfortable, and short normal supplies. Like a trash can. There was a kitchen and pots were dirty. They seem to be remodeling so hopefully next stay is better. This is 3rd time staying and was not comfortable as other times.

When the vents came in it smelled like skunk. The kitchenette had no utensils or pans. The bathroom dispensers were empty and the couch and bed were very very hard and the blanket was so thin with no extra in the room.

The place was worn out and unclean. we complained about the smell of our room after finding a moldy coffee pot unclean conditions and was told there were no more rooms. the front desk attendant gave me cleaner to clean my own room.

They double booked rooms , the toilet kept backing up and running the sink and the tub would not drain the Wi-Fi was out. The beds were super uncomfortable, the room was not very clean at all.
