To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It was very clean. VJ was great. So was the morning crew. I really enjoyed my stay and will return again. Definitely recommended friends there as well.

United States of AmericaThe pool really needs to be cleaned properly and the hot tub needs to be fixed and cleaned properly. The pool looks clean until you get in and stuff floats all around you and the children (yuck) I have not swam in it myself due to the dirt and pieces of whatever . The gazebo area needed to be cleaned , terribly. Seat coverings very dirty and the ground a lot of cigarette buds and stains on the ground. The hall I was on at least smelled like urine. Like a real nursing home. They did spray stuff after I said something. The carpets(even in the room) desperately need to be cleaned. The laundry room needs to be cleaned on the regular as well. The guest are gross and don’t clean behind themselves. I don’t like having to take my towels down to them. Honestly I had enough happening. I did see two roaches in the bathroom(nasty) no borders on my floor till the last day or so. A lot of dog poo outside so hard to just be in the grade with the children . Not sure why but twice I had someone attempting to get into my room with a key and without.
I like the staff a lot, I really don’t want to say a negative mainly due to the front desk staff. The pool being outside was a plus

United States of AmericaWe booked ahead requesting a handicapped room with roll in shower. We received a return email stating that is what we were getting. We did not receive a handicapped room. As a matter of fact, the only handicapped room they have with a roll in shower has only a king-sized bed in it. We have a family of four with a child in a wheelchair. The hotel NEVER had enough towels for the guests, the breakfast area was extremely lacking, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke even though the entry sign stated they were 100% smoke free. Housekeeping never came to clean or change sheets. We were there for three nights. When I asked for more towels, the housekeeper did not speak English and the people at the desk said we had to wait until they could wash more towels. They charged us a deposit and said we would not get it back for 45 days. The night person on the desk was very pleasant. The person on the desk during the day was rude. I told her I wanted to speak with the manager. She said she would contact the manager; however, no one ever contacted me.
The room had a full refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

United States of AmericaMade the reservation, show up to check in after being on the road for 8 hours, and they tell us that they have no rooms left. So why it let us book a room at a hotel that had no availability is something that needs to be worked out between the hotel and booking.com.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled terribly bad. They tried to cover the pet bad odor with some bleach which made the scent too overwhelming, nauseous feeling. Understandable other guests bring pets along but certain rooms should be dedicated just for those with pets during the stay. Leaving a certain portion of rooms that are no pets involved.
The setup of the building looked nice and the room design. Along with free laundry on site!

United States of AmericaTo many dogs, make the hallway and elevator smell sometimes. I can’t say they constantly keeping it clean though they doing the best they can and I see the work being done throughout the day or when I get to the facility from work.
I’ve been living here the past 2wks in room #220. Me and my sons moved here from Georgia. I’m very impressed with the staff the building and the residence. I have no complaints. The staff is always nice and everything that I asked for is always given to me. Breakfast is good. Cough is always made hot and ready to go. Yes I will give this place a five star rating.

United States of Americareserved a deluxe suite for 2 nights Friday March 15 - Sunday March 17. It was for 2 rooms with queen size beds. The day I was to check in the desk representative vj I believe her name was, called me to confirm my stay and I told her I would arrive there at 6:30. Then she told me I had to pay over the phone since they were getting busy and I told her I was driving at the moment and I would have to pull over and place her on hold so that I could get my card to give her the information. She hangs up on me and I called her back a couple of times and finally she answered the phone and I ask why she hanged up and she said she THOUGHT I wasn’t getting the room. And then told me she gave my room away that I reserved to someone else. All of that put me behind 30 mins of my arrival coming from Shreveport Louisiana, I get there she wasn’t pleasant at all didn’t greet us with a smile, really poor customer service. She gave us a smaller room the same price for the deluxe room. So I’m paying more for a smaller room that doesn’t have a bath tub, Mind you I have a toddler with me. No one came to clean the rooms or pick up towels to replace with new. Overall I had a bad experience and will NOT be returning.
