We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOnly provided 1 bath towel for 2 people. Also forgot a $40 hair dryer in the room and called a few hrs after checkout. Was told I would get a call back after checking with housekeeping. Never got a call. I returned call 2 days later and was told it wasn't there which means a housekeeper took it because it was absolutely left in the bathroom in the left draw under the sink as I did not return home with it. So my hairdryer was stolen.
Loved having free laundry and a kitchenette in the room. Pillows were comfy and bedding was good as well as a comfortable bed.

United States of AmericaThe bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life. The card readers for the doors would deactivate our keys every other time we tried to use them so we had to get them reset almost daily. They knocked on our door on day 11 of our stay to let us know that house keeping would be coming through, we assured them our dog (pet friendly hotel, mind you) would be in her crate after we left for work....they never came in so we never had our sheets changed, fresh towels, or anything cleaned.
The front desk staff were all wonderful. Very polite, always greeted you with a smile and willing to help in any way they could.

The place was disgusting, but I didn't dare say anything because the front counter (if that's what you would call it) was very aggressive when I asked for a sheet and blanket for the sofa bed.

United States of AmericaUpon entering g the room we notice that the floor wasn't cleaned. Still had sun flower seed shells and dried noodles on the floor. Also a toe nail was found at the foot of the bed. The staff I formed me all rooms were booked so we had to clean up and ask for new bedding. The staff gave us attitude when told about it. Both room t.v.s had no reception and the only nice lady couldn't fix it. It was bad. And they also have a pending charge of 50 dollars still on hold.
