The shower faucet leaked like mad. The water pressure was good, but because the showerhead was either plugged with hard water, or just the leak itself, it just seemed like it could have been better. There were people driving up and down the road, drag-racing, revving engines, etc. ALL NIGHT LONG.

Both ladies at the desk were the sweetest humans I have ever met. Super friendly, very patient, very nice. The kitchen was so nice, and the desk/office space was awesome. There were real silverware, glasses, and plates to use. The fridge was full-sized and the whole suite was just really nice.

Very clean hotel, and all the front desk staff were professional and helpful. The hotel was also the quietest hotel room I’ve been in for quite some time. You could hear people out in the hall but I never heard any other guests while in my room, which I greatly appreciated.

The only negative was that the air con in the room made a loud clunk every time it turned off in the night, loud enough to wake us up each time which was a shame.

The facilities were great. Large room, comfy bed, armchair, kitchenette, cooking utensils and pans, huge fridge-freezer, bath with a plug that worked (!), curtains stopped all light coming in too. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, there was a small shop for milk, food and drink items and the laundry was free. We were on the top floor over the pool and bbq area and needed an early night so were a little worried about noise but even on a Saturday night, all was quiet down there by 10pm.

only one complaint but has happened a few times; unfortunately, the house keeper arrives early in the morning before checkout; after working all night, I really need to catch a couple of hours sleep before the long drive home…the “Busy” magnet doesn’t deter this disturbance.

No breakfast, but that's ok. There is a Whataburger, McDonald's and a Burger King nearby.

This location does not offer breakfast, but they do have a cupboard. The pet friendly hotel was the reason we booked. We were very well satisfied. Quiet neighborhood. Upscale staff and clientele. I highly recommend this place. The beds in the king suite had me dreaming in now time.

The booking process was beyond painful. We called directly days ahead, and never got our call returned. When we finally got through to someone, we were told they were completely booked. Frustrated, we hung up and were immediately able to choose one of several of their rooms through Booking.com. Oh well. Hard to find pet friendly, so we grabbed it. We arrived late at night (after having called twice to verbally confirm our booking, which they verified). Even so, they held us at the front desk for over an hour because they couldn't access their booking.com account and tried to get us to pay again, even though booking.com had already charged us. We refused, and eventually they caved and "let us" in the room we'd paid for. An hour later they did call to say they'd worked it all out, and offered us snacks as a "sorry". Then, towards the end of our trip, we requested an extra Tuesday night... and their rate was 30% higher than the New Year weekend day rate we'd just paid. The desk said it was their January rate, so we charged it, but then saw the same room on Booking.com for the original/cheaper rate. Guess they'll say absolutely anything, regardless of the truth. We were so disappointed we ended our trip two days earlier than we'd planned.

A cleaning lady came to my door at around 12:30 on the day I was leaving, though I requested a late check out. Though I don't mind my request being denied, I can't feel bad about not leaving in a timely manner when I was never notified whether my request was confirmed or denied.

Staff is custimer-service oriented.
