We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Truly the nicest staff ever! Both night and morning shift! Good location for traveling I 20. 24 hour coffee machine with good coffee. Bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaDefinitely not recently upgraded, and the lighting in the room wasn't sufficient for completing work. The amenities were also lacking wouldn't stay here again.
The pet friendly policy was the main reason I stayed the ability to travel with my dog was why I hadn't stayed in other hotels in the area.

United States of AmericaI had read reviews about the floor of the elevator being sticky ... and it was. But when the lady came with me to help with our door, she saw it. When I got back on the elevator, it had been mopped. One thing that was very sloppy and unacceptable was the carpet in the room. It must have been new, but the carpet between the bed and the bathroom wall had not been completed. It had been trimmed up to a point and then just left. There was about a 3 foot piece of carpet just laying there, not trimmed off. The cleaning staff should have reported this.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We had trouble opening our door and she came to the rescue.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint, well inconvenience, was the cart that you can use to help unload all your luggage to your room. There were no ramps from the sidewalk to the parking lot so you couldn't push the cart to your vehicle. You still had to carry all your belongings across the parking lot to put on the cart, then push it upstairs.
Very friendly staff! The pantry was well stocked and I was ecstatic to learn the laundry was free! The kitchenette came well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery, dishes, etc. and there were even speciality items you could check out as well, such as blender, toaster oven, Waffle maker etc. There were even a large selection of DVDs and board games you can borrow as well. The gazebo where you can use the propane grills was placed perfectly where you can get a constant breeze. Definitely our favorite place to relax in the evening.

United States of AmericaI stayed in room 307. It was a handicap room. I understand these accommodations are needed for some people however I did not ask for a handicap room. My complaint is that the bathroom had no counter so we had no counter space for bathroom necessities like toothbrush, hair brush, makeup, shaving stuff etc etc. The shower sprayer handle was too low and the shower needs both the sprayer and a regular shower head. Lastly the bed was comfortable except the sheets had knots on them which caused them not to be smooth.

United States of AmericaCharged $75 for a pet dog for one night. We stayed eight nights total at three different hotels on this trip. Seven nights at two different Drury Inns that advertised $50 per night for pets but waived the pet fee (no we did not sneak the little dog in!) Only two handicap parking spots at the front. We found two more handicap spots at the back door but the back door locked when closed and the key card slot didn't work to unlock the back door to get back in the hotel.
Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. The kitchen and sleeping areas were also very roomy. Good lighting.
