We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaApparently renovations are on-going, but that mostly consists of painting. Lighting and outlets needed updating, to include USB ports. There wasn’t one USB port in the entire room. The sofa, in the living room, was unbelievably uncomfortable-hard as a rock. When we arrived, the desk clerk had to go upstairs with us to remove an air purifier, which we were told was routine, but there was also a plug-in air freshener! As soon as the purifier was gone, we smelled the cigarette smoke. We called the desk and asked to be moved.
The location was ideal for our purposes. It was directly on I-820 North, with easy on/off access. The property was fairly well-maintained and there were dining choices nearby. The bed was very comfortable. A room change was necessary, when we first arrived, and the desk staff took care of it very quickly and pleasantly.

The location was extremely convenient to what we wanted to do during our weekend in Ft. Worth. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also being pet friendly was a PLUS!

There are always things that need to be fixed or done in a hotel, like lights need to be replaced or something, but the only thing I’d say was remotely needed, was the elevator was loud/shaky. It was like it groaned, but didn’t feel unsafe.
It was close enough to the place we were going to be at all weekend, the ease of getting to and from the hotel was very manageable (15 minutes). It was very clean, maybe a remodel since our last stay 2 years ago. Each room has a great little kitchen and it was ideal for our trip. Staff were helpful and friendly.

And how sensitive my private information. They said as a security purpose which I never seen it before at any hotel else I stayed . Then I said if you won’t send me a confirmation that you’re not using my personal data . Or selling my information online or I will call the police .
