Check out time is at 11a & housekeeping was knocking at my door at 10a to clean the room. They should know to wait until after 11a to clean a room.

Apparently renovations are on-going, but that mostly consists of painting. Lighting and outlets needed updating, to include USB ports. There wasn’t one USB port in the entire room. The sofa, in the living room, was unbelievably uncomfortable-hard as a rock. When we arrived, the desk clerk had to go upstairs with us to remove an air purifier, which we were told was routine, but there was also a plug-in air freshener! As soon as the purifier was gone, we smelled the cigarette smoke. We called the desk and asked to be moved.

The location was ideal for our purposes. It was directly on I-820 North, with easy on/off access. The property was fairly well-maintained and there were dining choices nearby. The bed was very comfortable. A room change was necessary, when we first arrived, and the desk staff took care of it very quickly and pleasantly.

Bathroom had a slight issue with cleanliness. Lack of attention to detail....I'll leave it at that. The coffee packets available in the room are not very tasteful. Might be time to try something new, more flavorful.

The location was extremely convenient to what we wanted to do during our weekend in Ft. Worth. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Also being pet friendly was a PLUS!

Toilet seat was not cleaned. It had dried urine on it when we arrived. The refrigerator also had leftover food still in it.

The upstairs people were incredibly loud from 6-10:30 pm! I am a travel nurse and needed to sleep extremely rude people! The staff did try to help but some people are incredibly rude and disrespectful!

The front desk lady was not very friendly. It was shift change we arrived.

Checking in the front desk i would say was like running into a brick wall. Front desk was not helping my situation in the least bit. Customer service was horrible.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. There are always things that need to be fixed or done in a hotel, like lights need to be replaced or something, but the only thing I’d say was remotely needed, was the elevator was loud/shaky. It was like it groaned, but didn’t feel unsafe.

It was close enough to the place we were going to be at all weekend, the ease of getting to and from the hotel was very manageable (15 minutes). It was very clean, maybe a remodel since our last stay 2 years ago. Each room has a great little kitchen and it was ideal for our trip. Staff were helpful and friendly.

They withdrew $25 extra from my account and asking me for extra information and a copy of my id which is weird . And when I asked them about why ? And how sensitive my private information. They said as a security purpose which I never seen it before at any hotel else I stayed . Then I said if you won’t send me a confirmation that you’re not using my personal data . Or selling my information online or I will call the police . Now I’m waiting almost one hour until they send me the confirmation email. Staff is very rude ( her name is Patel )

We had roaches crawling everywhere especially on the bed at night. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel will only do cleaning once a week. This is not a hotel. Very poor standards.

It was closer to my event venue. I loved the proximity.
