Its location is great depending on what you are seeking. If you are looking for shopping, then you have a decent walk, El or Uber ride.

Great hotel and value. Definitely would stay here again. The hotel had a lot of nice little details that other hotels do not seem to have. Highly recommend.

The Gym area was quite small. I was alone so it was perfect, but it can get very crowded already with 4 people in

The Hotel was recently refurbished and very cool facilities. I loved the style of my corner room, with a nice view of the city and brand new TV/Coffee machine. Super quick check in /check out service

This stay was amazing. The hotel itself and the rooms are so beautiful, great view of the city. In a convenient area, near various food options and not difficult to uber to other activities. The staff was very kind and accomodating. Gym facility also nice with clean and up to date equipment. 10/10.

Great location if you’re taking the Amtrak train from Union station. Beautiful lobby and room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast and dining options were not very clear - I would have liked to have had access to menus in the room.

Very stylish hotel - I loved the cool and comfy chairs and sofas in the room and public spaces. The room was cleverly laid out to be compact but still felt luxurious. I also liked the Nespresso machine and the refillable water instead of having water bottles. The hotel is in a great location for the el and Amtrak which is exactly what we wanted.

We were able to upgrade to a suite for a very decent price. It was spacious, clean, and well decorated. The staff were all very friendly. They even had live singers in the lounge while we had a cocktail before heading out for the night. We’ll definitely be back.

The elevator scared me a little bit, it dropped suddenly. The woman at the front desk was ok but did not seem friendly.

Convienient location, very clean, well decorated (style), the bathroom is awesome (rain shower), bed was comfy, I had a nice couch and desk in the room as well. My view was wonderful! I also love the Nespresso Machine and the hydration station!!

That someone forgot to tell us how to make the elevator work. It was Halloween and it spooked us when it suddenly took off and went to the 12th floor and back to the first. Someone finally got on and showed us how to use our room key!! We had a good laugh once we figured it out!

The staff was very friendly, especially a gentleman named (Paul) who tended bar. He was very helpful and I would like for him to be recognized for his help when we needed it. Also, the room was very clean and modern. I'm taking a trip back to Chicago in March 2024 and plan to book again.

The blind in the room didn't go up, no sofa chair, mini fridge was a bit small. Espresso but no regular coffee machine.

Close to Union Station, room is big, bed comfortable, bathroom and shower is nice.
