There was only one valet parking attendant working during a very busy with multiple events going on. Cars were backed up down the street. The valet attendant working was very friendly, professional and apologetic. Not his fault the were under staffed. Check in time was 4pm and the room was not ready. We had to wait an hour before getting into our room at 5pm. Many customers were waiting in the lobby for their rooms.

Hotel facilities were nice. Valet parking was available.

10/10! Perfect stay! It's absolutely one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Location, convenience, food, rooftop bar… everything was top-notch and amazing!

Elevator system is a bit weird. And I'm not a fan of the Nespresso-type machines. I prefer a straight up coffee machine.

Front Desk staff was friendly, the valet parking guys were great, beds comfy, well stocked bathroom - large bath towels. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Location for the Arnold was perfect.

You could hear noise from the hall. Their restaurants on site did not have a great selection of food especially breakfast.

The room was nice and big, and the bed comfortable. There was a nice sitting area. There was a good selection on the TV. It was easy to get to the convention center.

For the price paid, a small continental breakfast would be a plus and helpful for travelers.

The hallways were dingy and there was garbage of the floor that stayed there the entire time I was there (>1 week). Seems like maybe you’re understaffed in the cleaning department. No room service.

Tim at the food and never concierge was so friendly at both the restaurants at the hotel. The food was so good as well! The hotel staff was as a whole very kind and welcoming.

Parking was away from the hotel. Not a deal breaker but not convenient.

Room was very comfortable and well planned out. Pocket doors and a large shower were nice.

I truly loved everything about the hotel and services. The only thing I didn't like was the view. I don't think you want me to include a picture of that. But it was a very small dislike in proportion to the whole stay.

The room was gorgeous! The staff were wonderful. There were a few things that were new to us like scanning the elevator, is that for safety? We are not from a big town. MIGUEL (front desk) was super helpful and I did like the text that was sent up as soon as we got to our room. It was a nice personal and helpful touch.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the hotel..I loved it!

I loved everything about this hotel! From the welcoming screen with my name on it on the tv when I first entered my room to the staff and valets asking if I needed anything every time I came in and out the building! I would be visiting again and booking with the same hotel!

it was extremely hot in the room. front desk told my husband a breaker broke and the air quit working. we didn’t sleep well

our room wasn’t the cleanest. garbage still in the trash can, hairs in the bed, gunk in the shower area. no fluff left in the pillows, just disappointing for the price
