I liked everything. The hosts communicated how and why clearly and, even though I arrived just before midnight - after a heavy drinking session with locals - I had no issues getting into my cabin. The shared showers and toilets were spotless and fully functional. In the morning, the hostess was up early, administered an enormous smile, addressed me by the name and wished me a nice day. Perfect!

An extra socket to charge phones would be nice

Very nice, quiet and clean. Gentle and available. Just remember it is an RV park so you will not have a private restroom. Restrooms and laundry are shared but extremely close and clean.

We did feel a bit cramped in there with 4 people - cabin 3. It was missing some storage solutions(shelves). There was no coffee maker.

The shower/laundry facilities were impeccably clean at all times of day. The cabin was cozy and clean. The location was great, we could walk to all the stores along the main street. Fridge and microwave and a table with 2 chairs were in the cabin.

On Internet, said dog charge was “for stay,” but then was charged $25 per night I objected and was refunded but, since the cabin wasn’t cleaned during our stay, I think the daily extra charge is a ripoff.

Location in town, clean, accepted dogs. Helpful staff.

Thought it a tad expensive, however, everything in Escalante is.

We had a cabin. It was cozy and had a fire ring. Also, they text every detail to you. Shower and bath facilities were immaculate

Great property and value…More than anything was Glenn! We were promptly greeted upon arrival. If you know Utah, you know all food establishments close EARLY. He was able to pull some strings and get our family fed. Our cabin as well as the rest of the facilities was well kept and clean.

The place was very cozy. Our spot was near the laundry and bathroom facility. The laundry and shower rooms are clean. It was very well kept and the entire camp ground is well maintained. I would definitely gp to this place again and take my RV. I highly recommend this place both for solo or family travelers.

The agent on duty Sundays was especially friendly and helpful. she gave us excellent advice about restaurants and sights to see in the immediate neighborhood. The cabin was clean and charming, the "outhouse" was clean, well lit, and spacious

This cabin only has a toilet and sink, there is no shower in the cabin. We only stayed 1 night of the original 3 night booking because of this. Also, there is no tv either. The bed wasn't the best either. There is no storage to put clothes in if you are staying for very long. In the pictures it showed a couch in the cabin but there wasn't one.

The lady who takes care of the rv park is very friendly and accommodating. She was very understanding when we chose to cancel 2 of the nights of our booking.

The cabin was tiny (~8x12 feet). It is a dry cabin (no water). With the bed (very hard), 2 folding wooden chairs, a small table and a small refrigerator in the room there is very little room for luggage and no place to put said luggage except on the bed. The restroom is about 75 feet away from the cabin but this is not convenient for middle-of-the-night excursions. Because my wife and I found the facility to not meet our expectation we asked for a refund for the second night. The desk clerk refused and I pointed out that many hotels will make accommodations when facilities/guest don't match expectations. The clerk still refused refund so I turned over the keys and we left. We returned to use the bathroom on the way out of town. The owner confronted us and said we were not welcome as we had been "disrespectful". It is not clear how this can occur except that I was firm in my desire to obtain a refund. No harsh words were spoken. I tried to throw a Kleenex in the trash but the owner said I could not and threatened to call the police if I did not leave. I have been in hotels in 26 countries and this event is a low point by considerable margin. I will never, ever, for any reason do business with these "people" and neither should anyone else. I strongly advise using one of the other facilities in the area and you will be happy you passed up Canyons of the Escalante.

The cabins without bathrooms forced you to get up in the middle of the night to walk at least 50 ft to the bathroom facilities. This fact wasn’t obviously placed in the body of copy for the cabins. Once booked, you can’t cancel and get your money back.

Clean and well maintained. It provided laundry facilities for guests. The cabins where we stayed were clean and charming but had no bathroom.

The pull out bed in the cabin was a very broken down piece of thick like foam . At 6 feet my friends feet hung off the end…it was narrower then a twin bed. For the price I expect a real pull out bed. They say they have coffee but the office does not open until 9am. We stayed almost a week and had to ask for clean towels in day 4. They kindly did give us towels.

conveniently located off Main Street in Escalante… Had nice hot and clean showers and laundry facility. The park was quiet.
