Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I realize people love their dogs and that is ok, but one person left their beloved dog's gift in the elevator which was unacceptable. That person did not have the decency to clean up behind their own animal. Perhaps, they felt that the cleaning staff should do it, which is incorrect thinking. They need to realize that this created an unsanitary situation. We spoke to one guest that stepped into the pile and his idea of cleanup involved going back to his room and washing it off, which now creates an unsanitary environment for the next person that will be staying in that villa. I do hope with the cameras on the property, one was able to catch and financially punish the perpetrator.
We were going on a cruise the following day and this resort was the perfect place to stay. The layout, decorations and location was wonderful. Also, we went to the restaurant on the property, which was convenient. I look forward to coming back to this resort before I go on the next cruise!

It was all perfect.
Very nice location, took 5 minutes to get to the port. The property was very clean, well maintained, and easy to access. Our villa was spectacular. The other couples in our party were amazed with the decor and how beautiful and clean everything was. It was cozy like a home. I will definitely stay here again.

Door code instructions a little confusing. Late check-in time and early check-out time.
Very clean, great location to Kennedy. Nice restaurant next door. Really well stocked with essentials. Bedrooms big and comfortable. Living room area was just awesome.

The Dolphin restaurant
Beautiful area! The rooms were clean and the amenities were great! I just do not suggest eating at the Dolphins restaurant. The waitress was so rude the entire night and the food was terrible. I had the special which was a chicken breast and the chicken was not cooked in the middle. I told the waitress and even though she took it off my ticket she was just even more rude. We had a big party so gratuity was added but she didn’t deserve a dime.

A TV that would not stay off. Kept waking me up till I unplugged it.
Great complex, had everything we needed. Restaurant within a few yards was great. Location was within 15 minutes of what we were there for. Overall wonderful experience.

No one on reception all day - we knew this before coming and was happy to still stay, I just find it more convenient to be able to go speak to someone but thats personal preference! The portal worked fine to talk to staff and everyone was very helpful! :)
Location was fantastic. The view of the river from the balcony was lovely. The decor in the apartment was modern and clean! We loved the dolphin restaurant too.

I wasnt that impressed with the restaurant. It was kinda pricey. Also, I believe I left a phone charger, but never heard back from the staff if it was or wasn’t found.
I liked how close it was to cape canaveral. It was nice having the 2 floor layout so some could stay up while others slept. The place was modern, clean and had a full kitchen and garage.

We didn't have a enough towels but unfortunately there was no one around readily to assist or bring extra towels. From what I can tell there isn't any onsite housekeeping. Overall though it wasn't a big deal.
This was our second time staying here and it was a nice stay. The interiors are very pretty and tranquil with coastal inspirations and the bedrooms are nice and clean. We stayed here in 2022 as well when they were very new so I do think some of the furniture (sofa, table chairs) is a bit worn in due to time and the amount of stays. I would stay here again and again bc its one of the better options around. This place has a great view of the Marina, its peaceful, and clean.

The house cleaner was inside and still cleaning when we arrived (after 4pm) and the space was not properly cleaned. However, mgmt did promptly address our concerns and it was resolved.
Great accommodations for a large group and excellent restaurant on site.

The sofa had a split in it, making us uncomfortable to sit on it, fearing it would get worse. Also this is the second time we’ve stayed at Cape Crossing and both times there were tiny mites coming out of the electrical outlet in the kitchen on the counter near the sink. We reported it both times and hopefully it will be taken care of. It didn’t affect our stay since it was only for one night. We will still stay here again in the future.

The location was ideal for visiting the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and many other places. Very close to the supermarket and local restaurants by car.
