Got an email with instructions to park at the farmers market, which was never marked. The majority of the outlets in our room didn't work.

Staff was very friendly and they had a good range of breakfast options.

The only thing I can think of for improvement would be cleaning the carpet in room 208 Even though the carpet looks dirty the flooring is great, soft and nicely cushioned for my feet The cushioning feels great on my feet which are swollen today (I have arthritis in my feet)

Upon entering the building I was wowed by the beauty of the lobby the water wall and the beautiful flooring. The staff really impressed me with their kindness and willingness to help with anything, especially the front desk staff and the girls working the breakfast buffet I love talking to them all. They also laughed at all my jokes I like to think I'm funny

THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. ENJOYED THE INTERACTION WITH THE STAFF/EMPLOYEES. PARKING WAS AN ISSUE FOR SOME, BUT NOT FOR US DUE TO MY HANDICAP.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. They allowed us to check in early. Parking was a little difficult but they are working on the parking garage. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but everything else was great. We will stay here again.

Needs a revamp. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Both my husband and I had a miserable nights sleep.

Loud guests rooming in the room right next to us, we wish that the hotel staff would have spread out guests with at least one room between guests to enhance privacy. The shower head was small and didn't have good water pressure.

The only negative I could say is we had to park across the street due to their parking garage was under construction but that wasn't a big negative just a bit of an inconvenience.

Very large room and the free breakfast buffet was large with a lot of food options. Also, check out time is noon so that was nice not having to hurry in the morning.

I didn't like the attitude the one night clerk had it wasn't running my family vacation

My family loved the pool and the breakfast. Alsoi loved how they handled the bathroom issue,we cake back from th pool at 11pm to a full tub . Called the front desk and maintaince came right away, and then found out we had to change rooms , but they were able to get us a room right next door so it made the move easy , unexpected but easy . I appreciate the staff for that.

It is a bit dated, but the hospitality outweighs everything else.

We like the location which is very close to Buffalo Trace Distillery and breweries in the area. Best breakfast we have ever found while traveling. Many hot items to choose from freshly prepared daily. All employees make you feel at home and like family.We truly enjoy our stays. This was our 2nd time and will be back very soon.

Parking-across street at Farmers Market. Construction behind / against back of hotel. Parking garage across street was flooded. 10-15 minute walk to downtown restaurants. We drove because cold and rainy.
